胚蛋给养蛋氨酸对朗德鹅血液生化指标和胸肌发育的影响

【摘要】:本试验采用胚蛋注射技术研究孵化后期补充外源性营养物质蛋氨酸对血液生化指标和胸肌发育的影响。选取300枚种蛋随机分为2组,每组3个重复,每个重复50枚种蛋。在孵化第24天进行蛋氨酸注射,对照组不做任何处理,处理组注射1.5 m L蛋氨酸营养液(Met 5 mg/m L、Na Cl 7.5 mg/m L)。出雏后,每个重复选取体重均匀和健康的雏鹅20只进行饲养试验,饲养28 d。结果表明:胚蛋给养蛋氨酸显著提高了朗德鹅的初生重和7 d体重(P0.05),处理组显著提高了0、7 d胸肌重(P0.05),有提高0 d胸肌指数的趋势(0.05≤P0.10),并且显著提高了0、7 d的肌纤维直径(P0.05);处理组有提高雏鹅血清中总蛋白含量的趋势(0.05≤P0.10),显著提高了白蛋白含量并降低了血清尿酸含量(P0.05);处理组显著提高了Myf5的相对表达量并降低了MSTN的相对表达量(P0.05)。试验结果显示,胚蛋给养蛋氨酸可通过调节Myf5和MSTN的m RNA相对表达量来促进胸肌的发育,促进了机体的生长。
[Abstract]:In this study, the effects of exogenous nutrient methionine on blood biochemical indexes and the development of pectoral muscle in late hatching stage were studied by embryo injection technique. 300 eggs were randomly divided into 2 groups with 3 repeats in each group and 50 eggs in each group. On the 24th day of incubation, methionine injection was given to the control group without any treatment, and 1.5 mL methionine nutrient solution (Met 5 mg/m / L, Na Cl 7.5 mg/m L).) was injected into the treatment group. After hatching, 20 geese with uniform weight and healthy weight were re-selected for feeding experiment, and fed 28 d. The results showed that egg-fed methionine significantly increased the birth weight and 7-day weight of Langde geese (P0.05).
