复方淫羊藿对多杀性巴氏杆菌感染小鼠保护作用研究

【摘要】：为了探究复方淫羊藿对猪多杀性巴氏杆菌感染动物的保护作用,将复方淫羊藿作为饲料添加剂按0.05%、0.1%、0.15%添加到鼠饲料中,饲喂3周龄昆明白小鼠30d。对小鼠进行碳粒廓清试验,溶菌酶活性及对猪多杀性巴氏杆菌感染小鼠保护试验。结果显示,复方淫羊藿能够提高免疫器官指数,增加了单核-巨噬细胞的活性,显著提高了溶菌酶活性,增强了机体免疫力,从而达到了对感染猪多杀性巴氏杆菌小鼠良好的保护作用。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the protective effect of compound epimedium on animals infected with Pasteurella multocida, Epimedium epimedii compound was added to mouse feed at 0.05%, 0.1%, 0.15% as feed additive, and was fed to Kunming white mice for 30 d at the age of 3 weeks. Carbon particle clearance test, lysozyme activity and protection against Pasteurella multocida infection in mice were carried out. The results showed that Herba Epimedium compound could increase the immune organ index, increase the activity of monocyte-macrophage, significantly increase the activity of lysozyme, and enhance the immunity of organism. Thus the protective effect of Pasteurella multocida infected with Pasteurella multocida in mice was achieved.
