国内新型基因2型牛病毒性腹泻病毒研究进展

【摘要】:牛病毒性腹泻病毒(Bovine viral diarrhea virus,BVDV)有两种基因型:基因1型(BVDV-1)和基因2型(BVDV-2)。以往的流行病学调查显示BVDV-1的分布和流行区域更加广泛,但近年来国内BVDV-2的发病率呈持续升高趋势。BVDV-2通常会引起严重的急性感染和出血综合征,给养牛业造成巨大损失。本文就BVDV-2特异性检测方法和基因分型的建立,型特异性BVDV-2毒株的分离与鉴定,BVDV-2优势分离株的全基因组测定与遗传特性分析及BVDV-1和BVDV-2抗原和抗体检测平台的建立等方面展开简要综述。
[Abstract]:There are two genotypes of bovine viral diarrhea virus (Bovine viral diarrhea virus,BVDV): gene type 1 (BVDV-1) and gene type 2 (BVDV-2). Previous epidemiological investigations showed that the distribution and epidemic areas of BVDV-1 were more extensive, but the incidence of BVDV-2 in China was increasing continuously in recent years. BVDV-2 usually causes severe acute infection and hemorrhage syndrome. Cause a great loss to the cattle industry. In this paper, the establishment of BVDV-2 specific detection method and genotyping, isolation and identification of type-specific BVDV-2 strains, The whole genome determination and genetic characteristics analysis of BVDV-2 dominant isolates and the establishment of detection platforms for BVDV-1 and BVDV-2 antigens and antibodies were briefly reviewed.
