饲料烘干机的自适应模糊PID控制

【摘要】:对于膨化饲料烘干机热交换系统的控制,传统的PID控制无能为力,因此提出了自适应模糊PID的控制方法。该方法利用自适应理论的在线自调节来对PID的参数进行实时在线自整定,采用模糊控制技术对蒸汽量进行控制,从而实现对干燥空气温度的控制。根据所建立的数学模型,采用Matlab中的simulink模块下对模糊PID控制的热交换系统进行了仿真研究。结果表明,该系统超调小,响应速度快,能有效控制膨化饲料烘干的热交换系统,获得稳定、可靠的恒温干燥热风。
[Abstract]:For the control of heat exchange system of expanded feed dryer, the traditional PID control is powerless, so the adaptive fuzzy PID control method is proposed. In this method, the parameters of PID are adjusted online by using the on-line self-adjustment of adaptive theory, and the steam quantity is controlled by fuzzy control technology, so as to realize the control of dry air temperature. According to the established mathematical model, the heat exchange system controlled by fuzzy PID is simulated by using simulink module in Matlab. The results show that the system has the advantages of small overshoot and fast response speed, and can effectively control the heat exchange system of expanded feed drying, and obtain stable and reliable constant temperature drying hot air.
