抗传染性支气管炎病毒的植物乙醇提取物筛选

【摘要】：为筛选出抗传染性支气管炎病毒(IBV)效果较好的植物,试验采用嵌合荧光素酶基因的IBV-3ab-luc为供试毒株,以人类肺癌细胞H1299为供试细胞,在升麻、丹皮、千里光、续断、元胡、龙葵6种植物乙醇提取物处理H1299细胞之前、中、后的一定时间感染,24 h后通过检测荧光素酶值,研究不同植物乙醇提取物的抗病毒机制。结果显示:丹皮的对数值为3,千里光的对数值为2,龙葵的对数值为1,升麻、续断和元胡的对数值为0。说明丹皮乙醇提取物抗IBV活性最强,其次是千里光,龙葵较差,而升麻、续断和元胡几乎没有抑制效果。
[Abstract]:In order to screen out the plants with good anti-infectious bronchitis virus (IBV), the chimeric luciferase gene IBV-3ab-luc was used as the test strain, and the human lung cancer cell line H1299 was used as the test cell. The luciferase value of H1299 cells was detected 24 hours after treatment with ethanol extract from six plants, namely, Gastrodia elata, Radix Corydalis and Solanum nigrum, before, during and after the treatment of H1299 cells with ethanol extract of Radix Euphorbia pulcherriae and Solanum nigrum, and the luciferase value of H1299 cells was detected 24 hours later. The antiviral mechanism of ethanol extract from different plants was studied. The results show that the logarithmic value of Danpi is 3, the logarithmic value of Qianli light is 2, the logarithmic value of sunflower is 1, and the logarithmic value of Gastrodia elata, Tripterygium wilfordii and Yuanhu is 0. The results showed that the anti-IBV activity of Danpi ethanol extract was the strongest, followed by Qianliguang and Solanum nigrum, while Gastrodia elata, Tripterygium wilfordii and Radix Bupleurum had little inhibitory effect.
