伊犁马体尺性状非遗传因素分析及遗传参数估计

【摘要】:旨在探讨非遗传因素对伊犁马体尺性状的影响及各体尺性状的遗传参数,本研究利用新疆伊犁昭苏县2005-2014年年龄在1~11岁的伊犁马体尺性状的1 556条记录,对影响伊犁马体尺性状的非遗传因素进行最小二乘方差分析,并利用动物模型约束最大似然(Restricted maximum likelihood,REML)方法估计体尺性状的遗传力及性状之间的遗传相关。结果表明,场、年龄和出生年度效应对伊犁马体高、体长、胸围和管围性状均有极显著影响(P0.01),性别效应对伊犁马的体高、体长和管围有极显著影响(P0.01),但是对胸围性状影响不显著(P0.05)。体高、体长、胸围和管围的遗传力分别为0.87、0.67、0.40和0.52;体长与胸围的遗传相关最高,相关系数为0.93,体高与管围的表型相关最高,相关系数为0.65;体高与体长、胸围和管围分别呈现极显著表型相关(P0.01),体长与胸围和管围分别呈现极显著表型相关(P0.01),管围和胸围也呈现极显著表型相关(P0.01)。上述研究为伊犁马今后在遗传评定与遗传参数估计中设计合理的统计分析模型提供了必要的参考依据。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of non-genetic factors on the body size traits of Yili horses and the genetic parameters of each body size traits. In this study, the non-genetic factors affecting the body size traits of Yili horses were analyzed by least square variance analysis, and the maximum likelihood (Restricted maximum likelihood, was constrained by animal model by using 1 556 records of Yili horse body size traits in Yili Zhaosu County, Xinjiang from 2005 to 2014. REML) method was used to estimate the heritability of body size traits and the genetic correlation between them. The results showed that field, age and birth year had a significant effect on the body height, body length, chest circumference and tube circumference of Yili horse (P 0.01). The gender effect had a very significant effect on the body height, body length and tube circumference of Yili horse (P 0.01), but had no significant effect on chest circumference traits (P 0.05). The heritabilities of body height, body length, chest circumference and tube circumference were 0.87, 0.67, 0.40 and 0.52, respectively, and the genetic correlation between body length and chest circumference was the highest, the correlation coefficient was 0.93, and the phenotypic correlation coefficient between body height and tube circumference was the highest, and the correlation coefficient was 0.65. Body height was significantly correlated with body length, chest circumference and tube circumference (P 0.01), body length was significantly correlated with chest circumference and tube circumference (P 0.01), and tube circumference and chest circumference were also significantly correlated (P 0.01). The above studies provide a necessary reference for the design of reasonable statistical analysis model in genetic evaluation and genetic parameter estimation of Yili horse in the future.
