牛心朴子对动物体组织生物化学及血液学影响的研究

  牛心朴子属萝藦科植物,广泛分布于中国北方牧区。作为中草药,临床上主要用于抗炎。其活性成分包括半边莲属碱或类生物碱类、黄酮类、多醣、萜烯、脂肪酸、磷脂(类)、氨基酸和维生素等,其中生物碱类是目前研究的主要内容,并且牛心朴子中已明确的生物碱有13种。本研究对牛心朴子中生物碱类粗提物进行了提取,并对其方法进行了探讨;就牛心朴子全草粉碎物不同剂量(12.5%、25%和50%饲料)对家兔的毒性进行了研究,对其体征变化、存活率、血液生化指标、组织器官病理变化进行了观察;以牛心朴子主要生物碱TMPD灌胃大鼠,研究了TMPD不同剂量(38.5mg/kg、77mg/kg、115.5mg/kg、154.8mg/kg和231.8mg/kg体重)对大鼠组织学、血液学及生物化学等生理生化功能的影响。结果显示,通过研究,建立了以盐酸-水-酒精为溶媒的牛心朴子生物碱的提取方法,生物碱的提取率可达0.23%。家兔出现运动障碍、采食量减少、体重减轻,甚至机体衰竭而死亡。血液白细胞增多,贫血,白蛋白减少。肝脏汇管区小叶间隔纤维化、胆管瘀血。肾脏皮质小管空泡化增加。心脏出现退行性空泡状心肌细胞,肺泡扩张,在231.8mg/...
