鼻气管鸟杆菌小菌落的分离鉴定

鼻气管鸟杆菌(Omithobacterium rhinotracheale, ORT)是一种与多种禽类,特别是鸡的呼吸道疾病相关的革兰氏阴性菌,广泛分布于世界各地,给禽类产业造成了一定的经济损失。对于该菌的致病机制及流行病学尚缺乏系统的研究,特别是我国禽类的感染和流行情况的研究甚少。本研究从不同地区321份患有临床呼吸道疾病的禽类的气管样品中分离到27株的ORT,其中21株(77.8%)在首次接种时即分离到小菌落变异株(small colony variant, SCV),经过连续传代,从中挑选出5株稳定的小菌落变异株及其对应的亲代菌株进行了研究。采用API-20NE进行生化鉴定,结果表明5株ORT小菌落变异株的生化反应均为0020000型,而与之相对应的亲代菌株则出现两种不同生化反应结果:ORT-WT3、ORT-WT13、ORT-WT21和ORT-WT28为0020004型,ORT-WT16为0220004型。五株小菌落变异株及亲代菌株的p-半乳糖苷酶检测结果为阳性,亲代菌株氧化酶实验结果为阳性,而小菌落变异株的结果为阴性。体外培养试验表明,小菌落变异株较其和亲代菌株生长速度慢,迟缓...
