内蒙古草原和森林生态系统木霉菌生物多样性研究

  木霉菌是一类常见的真菌,广泛分布于世界各地,在工业和农业中具有显著的经济价值。从内蒙古自治区草原生态系统和森林生态系统采集的土壤中分离出木霉菌,然后对木霉菌种进行鉴定,并对其区域分布、生物多样性及潜在生物防治能力进行评价。主要研究结果如下:1、内蒙木霉菌资源多样性。2014-2016年,从内蒙古草原和森林生态系统共采集土样711份,共分离得到417个木霉菌株,采用形态学和分子鉴定相结合的方法,共鉴定出21个已知木霉种:T.cf.harzianum(205),T.longibrachiatum(112),T.afroharzianum(27),T.koningiopsis(16),T.asperelloides(13),T.hamatum(9),T.rossicum(7),T.citrinoviride(7),T.alni(3),T.konilangbra(2),T.harzianum(3),T.saturnisporum(1),T.crassum(2),T.velutinum(2),T.guizhouense(1),T.gamsii(2),T.sinuosum,T.atroviridi...
