【摘要】: 目的:研究过敏性紫癜动物模型的制作和加味紫草汤对家兔arthus反应的作用材料与方法:方法采用家兔arthus反应,在整体条件下从细胞免疫的角度进行加味紫草汤治疗过敏性紫癜的实验研究。 结果: 1.加味紫草汤可以降低家兔arthus反应的皮肤反应的强度,与模型组比较红肿直径减小(P0.05)有统计学差异。 2.加味紫草汤可以降低家兔arthus反应模型血清中IL-2的含量(P0.05),有趋势,无统计学差异。 3.加味紫草汤可以降低家兔arthus反应模型血清中CIC的含量(P0.05),有趋势,无统计学差异。 结论: 结果表明,家兔arthus反应可以作为过敏性紫癜的动物模型,加味紫草汤对家兔arthus反应皮肤红肿有抑制作用,对家兔arthus反应循环免疫复合物(CIC)和IL-2含量有抑制的趋势。加味紫草汤可导致血清循环免疫复合物含量减少,而对Ⅲ型变态反应产生抑制作用,这可能是其治疗过敏性紫癜的作用机制之一。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the animal model of Henoch-Schonlein purpura and the effect of modified Herba purpura decoction on arthus in rabbits. Methods: rabbit arthus reaction was used. The experimental study on the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura with modified purpura from the point of cellular immunity was carried out under the whole condition. Results: 1. Jiawei Yicao decoction could reduce the skin reaction intensity of arthus reaction in rabbits, compared with the model group, there was a significant difference in the diameter of redness and swelling and the decrease of P0.05). 2. The content of IL-2 in serum of rabbit model of arthus reaction was decreased by Jiawei Zicao decoction (P 0.05). There was no statistical difference between the two groups. 3. The content of CIC in serum of rabbit model of arthus reaction was decreased by Jiawei Zicao decoction (P 0.05). There was no statistical difference between the two groups. Conclusion: The results showed that arthus reaction in rabbits could be used as an animal model of allergic purpura, and Jiawei purpura decoction could inhibit the redness and swelling of rabbit skin in response to arthus. The content of circulating immune complex (CICC) and IL-2 were inhibited in rabbits with arthus reaction, and the content of circulating immune complex in serum was decreased by Jiawei Zicao decoction.
