119名汉族正常年轻成人外鼻软组织的解剖测量研究

【摘要】: 目的:对汉族正常年轻成人的外鼻软组织进行系统的解剖测量研究,为临床应用提供客观可靠的数据参考。 材料和方法:选择长沙地区就读的汉族正常大学生119名(男56名,女63名)。年龄为18~25岁,平均为22.7岁。以Farkas的头面部测量研究为基础,选择13个测量标记点、13个比例指数和5个对称指数,并对被研究者的19个测量项目(16个线性距离项目,3个角度项目)进行测量。 结果:分别计算出男女各个测量项目、比例指数和对称指数的均数和标准差。所有线性测量项目中,男性均大于女性;所有角度测量项目中,男性均小于女性。比较了各个测量项目及指数的性别差异,部分测量项目及比例指数的性别差异有统计学意义。其中,测量项目中的鼻高、鼻深、内眦间距、鼻根深、鼻宽、鼻翼基底宽、右侧鼻翼长、左侧鼻翼长、右侧鼻翼厚度、左侧鼻翼厚度、鼻小柱宽度、鼻小柱前宽度、右侧鼻孔宽、左侧鼻孔宽、右侧鼻孔高、左侧鼻孔高、右侧鼻孔底宽、左侧鼻孔底宽、全鼻孔底宽和鼻额角的性别差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),而鼻长、鼻小柱高度、鼻尖角和鼻唇角的性别差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而在比例指数中,鼻深-鼻宽指数、鼻梁指数、鼻小柱宽-鼻宽指数、全鼻孔底宽-鼻宽指数、鼻宽-右侧鼻翼长指数、鼻宽-左侧鼻翼长指数、鼻小柱高度-鼻深指数、右侧鼻孔底宽-鼻深指数、左侧鼻孔底宽-鼻深指数、全鼻孔底宽-鼻深指数的性别差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),而鼻指数、鼻宽-内眦间距指数、鼻根深-鼻高指数、鼻翼长-鼻高指数和鼻根深-鼻深指数的性别差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。将部分测量项目、比例指数同国内外相关研究的测量结果进行了比较分析。 结论:本研究结果能为其他年龄组、其他地区及其他民族的外鼻软组织测量研究提供定量数据参考,并为唇裂或唇腭裂术后继发性鼻畸形的整复或鼻部美容手术方案的制定和整复效果的评价提供有参考价值的外鼻软组织的正常测量值,补充了国内正常年轻成人外鼻软组织的解剖测量数据。
[Abstract]:Objective: to provide objective and reliable data for clinical application by systematic anatomical measurement of external nasal soft tissue in normal young adults of Han nationality. Materials and methods: 119 normal college students of Han nationality (56 males and 63 females), aged 1825 years with an average of 22.7 years, were enrolled in this study. The results were based on Farkas's cephalometric study. Thirteen measurement markers, 13 proportional indices and 5 symmetry indices were selected, and 19 measurement items (16 linear distance items and 3 angle items) were measured. Results: the mean and standard deviation of the ratio index and symmetry index were calculated respectively. In all the linear measurement items, the male was larger than the female, and in all the angle measurement items, The sex difference of some items and the proportion index was statistically significant. The nasal height, nasal depth, inner canthus distance, nasal root depth, nasal width, nasal root depth, and nasal width were measured in male than in female, and the difference was statistically significant in some of the measurement items, including nasal height, nasal depth, inner canthus distance, nasal root depth, nasal width, and so on. The width of the base of the nasal wing, the length of the right nasal wing, the length of the left nasal wing, the thickness of the right nasal wing, the thickness of the left nasal wing, the width of the column of the nose, the width of the front column of the nasal column, the width of the right nostril, the width of the left nostril, the height of the right nostril, the width of the base of the right nostril, There were significant differences in the base width of the left nostril, the width of the base of the whole nostril and the nasal frontal angle (P < 0.01), but there was no significant difference in the length of the nose, the height of the column, the angle of the tip of the nose and the angle of the lip of the nose (P > 0.05), but in the proportional index, the index of the depth of the nose and the width of the nose was not significant. The index of nasal beam, the index of width of nasal column, the index of width of base of whole nostril, the index of length of nasal width to right alar, the index of length of nasal width to left alar, the height of nasal column to the index of nasal depth, the width of base of right nostril to the index of depth of nose, There was no significant difference between the sex index of the left nostril base width and nasal depth index (P > 0.05), while the nasal index, the distance index between nasal width and inner canthus, and the index of nasal root depth and nasal height were not significantly different between male and female, but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P > 0.05). There were significant differences in the length and height index of the nasal wing and the index between the nasal root depth and the nasal depth (P < 0.01). The relative indexes of some items were compared with the results of related studies at home and abroad. Conclusion: the results of this study can provide quantitative data for the study of external nasal soft tissue measurement in other age groups, other regions and other ethnic groups. It also provides the reference value of normal measurement of external nasal soft tissue for the reconstruction of secondary nasal deformities after cleft lip or cleft lip or cleft palate, or for the formulation of cosmetic surgery plan for nasal region and the evaluation of the effect of reconstruction. The anatomical data of external nasal soft tissue of normal young adults in China were supplemented.
