小脑桥脑池的显微解剖

【摘要】: 目的了解小脑桥脑池(Cerebellopontine Cistern)及其结构的显微解剖。希望为临床手术提供解剖学资料。 方法选取经10%甲醛固定的尸体头颅湿标本6例12侧,用红蓝硅橡胶分别灌注动静脉系统。自中脑上段切除大脑半球,保留完整的小脑幕、三叉神经及滑车神经。在3~24倍显微镜下对其解剖,多角度观测池及其组织结构的解剖关系。用数码相机采集图片并应用图像处理软件进行标记。 结果小脑桥脑池位于小脑方叶和半月叶覆盖,内侧与桥脑邻近,顶部位于小脑幕的下面与环池邻近,外侧部包裹三叉神经节,外下部进入内耳门。池内有小脑前下动脉、迷路动脉、岩静脉及第V、VII、VIII脑神经等组织穿过。各结构测量结果大部分在正常范围,组织间相对关系大部分恒定,少数出现变异。 结论小脑桥脑池组织结构大部分正常,少数变异。掌握各个数据有利于临床工作,但不能一味依靠数据,应充分的熟悉各结构间关系和解剖标志,对于提高手术技术,降低手术并发症具有重要的实用价值。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the microanatomy of Cerebellopontine Cisterntine and its structure in cerebellar cisternum, and to provide anatomical data for clinical operation. Methods Sixteen cadaveric wet cadaveric specimens fixed with 10% formaldehyde were perfused with red and blue silicone rubber respectively. The cerebral hemispheres were removed from the upper part of the midbrain to preserve the complete tentorium cerebelli. The anatomy of the trigeminal nerve and the trochlear nerve. The anatomical relationship between the trigeminal nerve and the trochlear nerve was observed under a 34-fold microscope. The digital camera was used to collect the pictures and the image processing software was used to mark the anatomy of the trigeminal nerve and the trochlear nerve. Results the cerebellopontine cisterns were located in the quadrilateral lobe and the meniscus of the cerebellum, the medial part was adjacent to the pontine, the top was located at the bottom of the tentorium and adjacent to the annular cistern, the lateral part of the trigeminal ganglion was encapsulated in the lateral part, and the lower part of the cerebellopontine entered the internal auricular hilum. The labyrinthine artery, petrosal vein and VVIIVIIVIII cranial nerve were passed through. The results of structural measurements were mostly in normal range, and the relative relationship between the tissues was mostly constant, with a few variations. Conclusion the tissue structure of cerebellopontine cistern is normal and few variation. Mastering each data is beneficial to clinical work, but can not rely on data blindly. We should be fully familiar with the relationship between the structures and anatomical markers, so as to improve the surgical technique. It has important practical value to reduce the complications of operation.
