上胸椎前路钛板内固定系统在山羊模型中应用的效果观察

【摘要】:目的:在山羊模型上观察自行设计的上胸椎前路钛板内固定系统固定融合的效果。 方法:16只成年试验波尔山羊,随机分成4组,即自行研制的上胸椎前路钢板固定组(A组),前路未塑形Orion钢板组(B组),前路塑形Orion钢板组(C组),正常上胸椎标本组(D组),对A、B、C组行T3椎体切+骼骨植骨术+内固定植入。D组行T3椎体切+骼骨植骨术。于术后3个月行影像学和组织学检查,观察内固定和植骨融合效果及相关并发症。 结果:A、B、C组山羊均存活,D组山羊因麻醉意外死亡1例。未出现与内固定相关的并发症。术后3个月影像学融合效果:A组优于B,C,D组(P=0.011,0.008,0.018),B,C组优于D组(P=0.009,0.021)。B组与C组之间无明显差别(P=0.206)组织融合效果:A组优于B,C,D组(P=0.000,0.000,0.038),B,C组优于D组(P=0.0100.012),B组与C组之间无明显差别(P=0.91)。 结论:上胸椎前路钛板内固定系统在山羊胸椎行融合内固定安全、可靠,融合效果好。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of the self-designed anterior thoracic titanium plate fixation system on goat model. Methods Sixteen adult Boer goats were randomly divided into 4 groups. That is, group A, group A, group B, group B, group C, group C, group C, group C, group C, the anterior thoracic vertebrae, group A, group A the anterior thoracic vertebra plate fixation, group A, group A, the bone graft of T 3 vertebrae in group A, the other group, group C, group C, the bone graft of T 3 vertebrotomy and iliac bone graft, and the group A, B, B, C, T 3 vertebrae and iliac bone graft. Group D was treated with T 3 vertebra resection and iliac bone grafting. Imaging and histological examination were performed 3 months after operation to observe the effect of internal fixation and bone graft fusion and related complications. Results one case of group D died from anaesthesia accident. There were no complications associated with internal fixation. 3 months after operation, the effect of imaging fusion in group A was better than that in group B (P 0.011 0.008 0. 018) and group C was superior to group D (P 0.009) 0.021. There was no significant difference between group B and group C (P < 0. 206). The effect of tissue fusion in group A was better than that in group B (P 0. 0000.000). Group C was better than group D (P 0. 010. 12) there was no significant difference between group B and group C. There was no significant difference between group A and group C. Conclusion: the anterior titanium plate fixation system is safe, reliable and effective in the fixation of goat thoracic vertebrae.
