汉族正常年轻成人眶周软组织正常解剖结构的测量研究

[Abstract]:Objective: To study the orbital normal anatomical structures of normal young adults of Han nationality by computer aided photogrammetry, and to provide the basis for orbital cosmetic surgery.
Materials and methods: a random selection of 102 normal college students (53 men and 49 women) of 18~25 year old Han students in Changsha area were selected as the research object. Using Canon Power Shot S3IS digital camera to photograph standard digital photographs and then using Image-Pro Plus6.0 images to analyze and analyze the photos by Image-Pro Plus6.0 image analysis, and to measure normal anatomy. Conclusion: This study measured the values of the linear and angle indexes of normal orbital soft tissue, including the distance of the inner canthus, the distance of the outer canthus, the width of the eye crack, the height of the eye fissure, the height of the orbit, the height of the upper eyelid, the height of the lower eyelid, the height of the nasal side, the height of the central eyebrow, the height of the temporal eyebrow, the distance from the outer canthus point to the reference line, and the inclination of the eye fissure, and the relative anatomy was calculated at the same time. The normal value of the proportion index between the structures. The results of the measurement complement the normal value database of the orbital soft tissue anatomy of the Han population, and provide reference data for the orbital plastic surgery.
