运动性心房颤动兔模型的建立
[Abstract]:Objective to establish an animal model of exercise induced atrial fibrillation (AF) and evaluate its effect. Methods 24 healthy New Zealand white rabbits were divided into three groups: control group (n = 8), moderate strength group (n = 8) and high intensity group (n = 8). The control group did not perform any training, and the moderate and high intensity groups were used to exercise at different intensity in the experimental platform of rabbits, one hour per day or one time exhausted (less than 1 h), per week for 5 days, lasting for 12 weeks (the first week was adaptive training). Atrial size was measured by echocardiography before exercise, 8 weeks and 12 weeks after exercise, 24 rabbits were perfused with isolated heart Langendorff system after exercise, atrial fibrillation was induced by atrial premature beat program stimulation (S1S2), and the induced rate of atrial fibrillation was recorded. Results compared with the control group, the anterior and posterior diameter of left and right atrium in the middle intensity group and high intensity group increased after 8 weeks of exercise training and then increased after 12 weeks of exercise training. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The anterior and posterior diameter of left and right atrium in high intensity group increased after 8 weeks of exercise training and then increased after 12 weeks of exercise training. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Compared with the control group, the incidence of atrial fibrillation in the moderate intensity group (45 vs 60%) and the high intensity group (45 vs 90%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.01). Conclusion long-term high-intensity treadmill training can increase atrial diameter and induce atrial fibrillation in rabbits.
