面向未来的新一轮医疗技术革命——干细胞与再生医学研究战略性先导科技专项进展

【摘要】：干细胞研究已经成为当今生命科学的前沿和热点。基于干细胞修复与再生能力的再生医学,有望解决人类面临的重大医学难题,帮助人类实现修复创伤和病理组织、治愈终末期疾病的梦想,引发继药物和手术之后的新一轮波澜壮阔的医疗技术革命。文章分析了干细胞研究领域的国家战略需求,概述了国内外干细胞与再生医学研究的发展现状,同时介绍了中科院"干细胞与再生医学研究"战略性先导科技专项的实施进展情况,并为我国干细胞研究领域的健康发展提出了建议。
[Abstract]:Stem cell research has become the frontier and hot spot of life science. Regenerative medicine, based on the ability of stem cell repair and regeneration, is expected to solve the major medical problems facing humans and help them realize their dreams of repairing trauma and pathological tissue and curing end-stage diseases. The new revolution in medical technology was triggered after medicine and surgery. In this paper, the national strategic demand in stem cell research is analyzed, and the development status of stem cell and regenerative medicine at home and abroad is summarized. At the same time, this paper introduces the progress of the strategic leading science and technology project of stem cell and regenerative medicine research in Chinese Academy of Sciences, and puts forward some suggestions for the healthy development of stem cell research field in China.
