【摘要】:正假体周围关节感染(periprosthetic joint infection,PJI)是人工关节置换术后最严重的并发症之一,导致灾难性的临床后果。近年来,尽管加强了术中无菌技术和预防性抗生素的应用,但感染率在初次关节置换中仍有0.5%~1.2%,而翻修中约为3%~5%[1]。对于多数假体感染的患者而言,都要接受再次手术,忍受灌洗、清创、移除假体甚至截肢的巨大痛苦;对医院而言,感染病例的花费约是未感染病例的五
[Abstract]:Positive periprosthetic joint infection (periprosthetic joint infection,PJI) is one of the most serious complications after artificial joint replacement, leading to catastrophic clinical consequences. In recent years, although the use of intraoperative aseptic techniques and prophylactic antibiotics has been strengthened, the infection rate is still 0.5% in primary arthroplasty, and about 35% in revision. For most patients with prosthetic infections, the cost of reoperation, irrigation, debridement, removal of prosthesis and even amputation is about five times as high as that of uninfected patients.
