【摘要】:正哺乳动物睾丸生精小管的精子发生是一个复杂的生物学过程,涉及到细胞增殖、分化和凋亡之间的微妙平衡。在大多数哺乳动物中,阴囊睾丸温度低于体温平均2-7℃,并且生精过程所需要的血氧供应有别于身体的其他部位~([1])。尽管睾丸局部环境稳定,但是一些疾病,例如精索静脉曲张、睾丸扭转、糖尿病等可导致睾丸微循环发生障碍,这也就可能对生精细胞的功能造成不良影响~([2])。睾丸微循环障碍所致疾病在临床上并不少见。微循环的概念提出较早,针对睾丸微循环的研究也开展较早,但由于微循环解剖结构的特殊性以及研究技
