1800MHz电磁波对大鼠心肌和皮肤组织氧化应激的影响

【摘要】: 目的:识别1800MHz电磁辐射对大鼠心肌、皮肤组织氧化应激的影响。 方法:采用0.5mW/cm~2和1.0mW/cm~2功率密度的1800MHz电磁辐射连续暴露雄性SD大鼠21天,每天暴露12小时,分别设对应的虚拟暴露组,然后测定其心肌、皮肤组织中的超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性,丙二醛含量。 结果:0.5mW/cm~2组的暴露组和虚拟暴露组心肌组织中超氧化物歧化酶活性分别为(13.71±1.92)和(18.40±3.71),丙二醛含量分别为(1.94±0.59)和(1.27±0.66),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性分别为(173.83±32.54)和(210.62±29.27);过氧化氢酶活性为(1.12±0.25)和(1.58±0.49)。暴露组和虚拟暴露组皮肤组织中超氧化物歧化酶活性分别为(7.17±1.81)和(10.44±3.01),丙二醛含量为(1.62±0.48)和(1.10±0.53),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性为(63.95±16.52)和(70.91±14.51),过氧化氢酶活性为(1.05±0.29)和(1.44±0.41)差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 1.0mW/cm~2功率密度的暴露组大鼠心肌、皮肤组织中超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性及丙二醛含量与虚拟暴露组相比较,差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论:在本次实验条件下,0.5mW/cm~2的功率密度的1800MHz电磁辐射致使大鼠心肌、皮肤组织中SOD、CAT和GSH-Px的活性降低,MDA的增高,导致机体产生氧化应激反应。
[Abstract]:Aim: to identify the effects of 1800MHz electromagnetic radiation on oxidative stress in rat heart and skin. Methods: male SD rats were exposed to 1800MHz electromagnetic radiation with 0.5mW/cm~2 and 1.0mW/cm~2 power density for 21 days for 12 hours a day. The corresponding virtual exposure groups were set up, and then the myocardium was measured. The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) and catalase (catalase) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in skin tissue. Results: the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA) and malondialdehyde (MDA) were (13.71 卤1.92) and (18.40 卤3.71), (1.94 卤0.59) and (1.27 卤0.66) in 0.5mW/cm~2 group and virtual exposure group, respectively. Glutathione peroxidase activity was (173.83 卤32.54) and (210.62 卤29.27), respectively. The activities of catalase were (1.12 卤0.25) and (1.58 卤0.49), respectively. The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA) and malondialdehyde (MDA) were (7.17 卤1.81) and (10.44 卤3.01), (1.62 卤0.48) and (1.10 卤0.53), respectively. The glutathione peroxidase activity, catalase activity and catalase activity were (63.95 卤16.52) and (70.91 卤14.51), (1.05 卤0.29) and (1.44 卤0.41), respectively (P < 0.05). The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (catalase), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in myocardium and skin of rats exposed to 1.0mW/cm~2 power density were compared with those of virtual exposure group. The difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05). Conclusion: under the condition of this experiment, the activity of SOD,CAT and GSH-Px in the myocardium and skin tissue of rats were decreased and the increase of MDA was induced by 1800MHz electromagnetic radiation of power density of 0.5mW/cm~2, which resulted in oxidative stress reaction.
