肩胛骨的形态测量与应用研究

【摘要】:目的测量并统计成人干燥肩胛骨各个结构部位的解剖数据,为设计临床骨折内固定材料提供基础解剖学依据。 方法利用精确度为0.01mm的游标卡尺,对已知性别的成人男女肩胛骨干燥标本各40个进行形态学观察测量,取得肩胛冈上角厚度、下角厚度、肩峰顶点厚度、肩峰宽度(肩峰最低点至上缘最小距离)等肩胛骨的17项数据,根椐测量结果,设计内固定材料,并应用于临床。 结果已知性别的成套成人男女各40副肩胛骨干燥标本,肩胛骨内外侧缘、肩峰、肩胛冈等17处基本数据并结合临床肩胛骨骨折手术病例得知,对于肩胛骨肩胛冈,肩胛颈部骨折,因为该部位骨折较厚,目前可以用重建钢板塑形配合拉力螺钉进行固定,并且可以获得满意效果。但对于冈上窝、冈下窝等肩胛骨薄弱区域,普通材料无法放置把持固定,目前没有良好的内固定材料予以固定。 结论肩胛骨形态、结构特殊,根据其解剖结构特点,肩胛骨冈下窝等肩胛骨薄弱区域无法放置常规内固定材料,设计出用于固定肩胛骨薄弱区域改良骑缝钉(专利号:201420320131-3),为该处骨折的患者提供骨折固定。
[Abstract]:Objective to measure and count the anatomical data of various structural parts of dry scapula in adults, and to provide basic anatomical basis for the design of internal fixation materials for clinical fractures. Methods 40 dry scapular specimens of adult men and women with known sex were observed and measured by Vernier caliper with accuracy of 0.01mm. The thickness of the upper corner of the scapula, the thickness of the lower corner and the top of the shoulder peak were obtained. According to the measured results, the internal fixation material was designed and applied to 17 items of scapula, such as the width of shoulder peak (the minimum distance from the lowest point of shoulder peak to the minimum distance of upper edge) and so on. Results 40 pairs of dry scapula specimens, 17 basic data of scapular medial and lateral margin, acromion and scapula, combined with clinical cases of scapular fracture, were found in 40 pairs of dry scapular specimens, 17 basic data of scapula and so on. Scapular neck fracture, because of the thick fracture, can be fixed with reconstruction plate shaping combined with tension screw, and satisfactory results can be obtained. However, for the weak areas of scapula, such as supragaoka fossa and subganglia fossa, the common material can not be placed and fixed, and there is no good internal fixation material to fix it at present. Conclusion the shape and structure of scapula are special. According to the anatomical characteristics of scapula, it is impossible to place conventional internal fixation materials in the weak areas of scapula, such as subscapular fossa. A modified riding nail for fixing weak areas of scapula (patent number: 201420320131 / 3) was designed to provide fracture fixation for patients with fractures there.
