Apelin-13对兔创伤性脑损伤后大脑皮质细胞自噬影响的研究

【摘要】:目的:探讨Apelin-13对兔脑外伤创伤性脑损伤后大脑皮质细胞自噬的影响。方法:选取健康雄性大兔30只,依据随机数表法分为无创伤组、创伤+Apelin-13组、单纯创伤组,每组10只,比较3组大兔脑皮质自噬相关蛋白的表达及脑体积缺损比。结果:创伤+Apelin-13组兔Beclin-1、Lc3明显高于无创伤组,且低于单纯创伤组,bcl-2、p62明显低于无创伤组,但高于单纯创伤组,无创伤组兔p-m TOR高于单纯创伤组,创伤+Apelin-13组兔p-m TOR高于无创伤组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。无创伤组、创伤+Apelin-13组、单纯创伤组兔脑外伤后大脑皮质Lc3-Ⅱ/Lc3-Ⅰ分别为(0.19±0.05)、(0.23±0.07)、(0.36±0.08),Beclin-1/bcl-2分别为(0.43±0.09)、(0.78±0.12)、(1.61±0.35)。无创伤组、创伤+Apelin-13组、单纯创伤组兔脑外伤后脑体积缺损比分别为0%、(15.31±3.21)%、(26.74±4.85)%。创伤+Apelin-13组兔脑体积缺损比高于无创伤组,但明显低于单纯创伤组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:Apelin-13能够抑制兔脑外伤后大脑皮质细胞自噬,可能与Beclin-1、p-m TO等自噬相关蛋白表达有关。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of Apelin-13 on autophagy of cerebral cortex cells after traumatic brain injury in rabbits. Methods: thirty healthy male rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: no trauma group, traumatic Apelin-13 group and simple trauma group. Results: Beclin-1 Lc3 in traumatic Apelin-13 group was significantly higher than that in non-traumatic group, and was lower than that in non-traumatic group, but higher than that in simple trauma group, but higher than that in simple trauma group.
