日冕物质抛射引起地磁场变化对稳定型心绞痛患者血液流变学的影响

【摘要】:目的初步探讨日冕物质抛射(CME)引起地磁场变化对稳定型心绞痛患者血液流变学的影响。方法选取2014年因胸闷、胸痛在昆明医科大学第一附属医院心脏内科住院的患者162例,根据冠心病诊断标准,将其分为稳定型心绞痛组(85例)和无冠心病组(77例)。在未给予任何药物前提下,检测患者低剪切力全血黏度(1.00s~(-1))、高剪切力全血黏度(200.00 s-1)和血浆黏度。联合云南省天文台记录2014年云南的地磁活动情况,地磁指数Dst≤-30 n T为地磁宁静,Dst-30 n T为地磁活动。分析两组地磁宁静期和地磁活动期血液流变学指标的变化情况,并采用多元线性回归分析血液流变学指标的影响因素。结果 2014年共34 d地磁活动,平均年发生率为9.3%。无冠心病组地磁活动时低剪切力全血黏度和高剪切力全血黏度均高于地磁宁静时(P0.05);无冠心病组地磁宁静和地磁活动时血浆黏度比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。稳定型心绞痛组地磁活动时低剪切力全血黏度和高剪切力全血黏度高于地磁宁静时(P0.05);稳定型心绞痛组地磁宁静和地磁活动时血浆黏度比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,高血脂、地磁情况是低剪切力全血黏度和高剪切力全血黏度的影响因素(P0.05);高血脂是血浆黏度的影响因素(P0.05)。结论无论生理或病理状态下,CME引起地磁场变化可导致机体血液黏度升高。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of magnetic field changes induced by CME) on hemorheology in patients with stable angina pectoris. Methods 162 patients with chest pain in the Department of Cardiology of the first affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University in 2014 were selected and divided into stable angina pectoris group (85 cases) and no coronary heart disease group (77 cases) according to the diagnostic criteria of coronary heart disease. The whole blood viscosity of patients with low shear stress and plasma viscosity were measured with low shear stress (1.00s) and high shear stress whole blood viscosity (200.00s-1) without administration of any drugs.
