谷氨酰基转肽酶与血尿酸在冠心病中的交互作用
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship and interaction between glutamyl transpeptidase, uric acid and coronary heart disease. Methods from August 2010 to June 2011, 172 patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) in the Department of Cardiology, affiliated Hospital of Yanbian University, and 203 patients without coronary heart disease (CHD) and hypertension who participated in physical examination in the Department of physical examination of affiliated Hospital of Yanbian University were selected as the control group. Total cholesterol, (TC), triglyceride, (TG), high density lipoprotein, (HDL), low density lipoprotein, (LDL), fasting blood glucose, (FPG), glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase, (AST), alanine aminotransferase, (ALT), 纬 -glutamyl transferase, (GGT), total bilirubin, (TBIL), indirect bilirubin (DBIL), (UA), ratio The levels of GGT and UA were compared between coronary heart disease group and control group. Results the levels of GGT and UA in patients with coronary heart disease were higher than those in control group. The risk of coronary heart disease in the high UA group and the third position GGT group was 2.847 and 2.889 times higher than that in the normal uric acid group and the GGT first position group, respectively. The age, sex and systolic (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP) were 2.358 and 2.667 times higher than those in the control group. The risk of coronary heart disease in the high UA group and the third position GGT group was 5.461 times higher than that in the normal uric acid group and the first position group of GGT. Conclusion there is a correlation between serum GGT and UA and coronary heart disease.
