心脏磁共振灌注成像在冠状动脉血管病变中的应用进展

【摘要】:心肌微循环功能不全被认为是冠心病以及不同类型心血管疾病发病的病理生理基础。侵入性冠状动脉(冠脉)造影被认为是诊断冠心病的"金标准",但该项检查并不能很好地对冠脉病变严重性进行功能评估。非侵入性心肌灌注成像技术能够评估冠脉微血管的功能,帮助提高疾病诊断的准确性及协助指导临床治疗决策,其中心脏磁共振(cardiac magnetic resonance,CMR)灌注成像是一种可靠且稳定的检查方式,能够为局部心肌灌注提供准确的定量评估。由于具有多参数、多方位成像,空间分辨率高,非侵入性,无电离辐射等优点,CMR已经用于临床相关冠心病的诊断及鉴别诊断。本文综述CMR灌注成像在冠脉血管病变中的应用进展。
[Abstract]:Myocardial microcirculation insufficiency is considered as the pathophysiological basis of coronary heart disease and different types of cardiovascular diseases. Invasive coronary angiography is considered to be the "golden standard" for the diagnosis of coronary artery disease, but this examination does not provide a functional assessment of the severity of coronary artery disease. Non-invasive myocardial perfusion imaging can evaluate the function of coronary microvessels, help to improve the accuracy of disease diagnosis and help to guide clinical treatment decisions. Cardiac magnetic resonance (cardiac magnetic resonance,CMR) perfusion imaging is a reliable and stable examination method. It can provide accurate quantitative evaluation for regional myocardial perfusion. CMR has been used in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of clinically related coronary heart disease due to its advantages of multi-parameter, multi-directional imaging, high spatial resolution, non-invasive and non-ionizing radiation. This paper reviews the application of CMR perfusion imaging in coronary artery disease.
