老年慢性心力衰竭患者可溶性致癌抑制因子2的水平及临床意义

【摘要】：目的探讨血清可溶性致癌抑制因子2(s ST2)与纽约心脏病协会(NYHA)心功能分级的相关性及对老年慢性心力衰竭的诊断价值。方法选取年龄60岁、有明确诊断为慢性心力衰竭的老年患者108例为研究组,老年健康体检者53例作为对照组。入组后抽血测定N端脑钠肽前体(NT-pro BNP)、s ST2、心肌肌钙蛋白(c Tn)I2、肌红蛋白(MYO)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB),48 h内完成超声心动图检查。结果 s ST2在心力衰竭组较对照组明显升高〔(31.2±15.3)vs(12.5±9.8)μg/L,P0.05〕,不同心功能级别之间s ST2浓度差异显著(F=48.63,P0.01);研究组中s ST2和NT-pro BNP明显正相关(r=0.631,P0.05);s ST2和左心室射血分数(LVEF)明显负相关(r=-0.682,P0.05)。结论慢性心力衰竭患者中s ST2明显升高,且随NYHA分级升高有上升趋势,是评价老年心功能较为敏感的实验室指标。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between serum soluble carcinogen inhibitor 2 (s ST2) and (NYHA) cardiac function grade of New York Heart Association and its diagnostic value in elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Methods 108 elderly patients aged 60 years old with definite diagnosis of chronic heart failure were selected as the study group and 53 cases as the control group.
