【摘要】:教育生态学是20世纪70年代中期萌生的一门多元学科,主要是引用生态学的基本观点和方法去研究教育领域的问题。教育生态学把教育放入自然环境、社会环境和规范环境中,研究教育同上述三种生态环境中各生态因子间的相互关系。随着教育改革的不断推进,英语教师专业发展的生态问题越来越值得关注。因此,运用教育生态学分析研究英语教师专业发展,既具有理论意义更具有实践价值。本研究以教育生态学为视角,将英语教师的专业发展视为一个完整的系统。首先对教育生态学的相关概念和原理进行阐释,为分析英语教师专业发展中存在的问题与成因,探讨英语教师专业发展的改善策略提供理论支撑。其次,通过问卷调查、访谈与观察,对山西省L中学的英语教师进行了为期3个月的调查,旨在了解英语教师在专业发展过程中存在的主要问题。调查内容包括英语教师的基本情况、教师的自我发展意识、学校的管理、教师间的文化等。调查发现,在目前的学校生态环境中,教师个体的主观意愿、学校的管理机制和教师间的“马赛克”文化等因素都影响着英语教师的专业发展。再次,从教育生态学的角度出发对英语教师专业发展提出建议,主要从英语教师个体生态和英语教师专业发展的外部生态环境两个方面阐述。就英语教师个体生态而言,主要是树立生态取向的专业发展理念,破解生态位困惑。外部生态环境方面,学校要建构生态化的管理机制,改革英语教师评价机制和完善英语教师培训制度等。最后,对全文进行总结概括,指出研究的不足,同时对将来的研究提出了进一步的思考和展望。
[Abstract]:Education ecology is a multidisciplinary subject sprout in the middle of the 1970s. It mainly refers to the basic viewpoints and methods of ecology to study the problems in the field of education. Educational ecology put education in natural environment, social environment and normative environment, and studied the relationship between education and all the above three ecological factors. With the continuous promotion of educational reform, the ecological problems of the professional development of English teachers are becoming more and more worthy of attention. Therefore, it is of both theoretical and practical value to study the professional development of English teachers by using the analysis of educational ecology. From the perspective of educational ecology, this study regards the professional development of English teachers as a complete system. First, it explains the concepts and principles of educational ecology, and provides theoretical support for analyzing the problems and causes of English teachers' professional development, and exploring strategies for improving English teachers' professional development. Secondly, through questionnaires, interviews and observations, a survey of English teachers in L middle school in Shanxi province for 3 months is carried out to find out the main problems existing in the professional development of English teachers. The contents of the investigation include the basic situation of English teachers, the self-development consciousness of teachers, the management of the schools and the culture among teachers. The survey found that in the current school environment, teachers' subjective wishes, school management mechanisms and mosaic culture among teachers all influence the professional development of English teachers. Thirdly, from the perspective of educational ecology, it puts forward suggestions for the professional development of English teachers, mainly from two aspects, namely, the individual ecology of English teachers and the external ecological environment of English teachers' professional development. As far as the individual ecology of English teachers is concerned, it is mainly to set up a professional development concept of ecological orientation and to solve the puzzlement of ecological niche. In the field of external environment, the school should construct an ecological management mechanism, reform the evaluation mechanism of English teachers and improve the training system of English teachers. Finally, the paper summarizes the full text, points out the shortcomings of the research, and puts forward further thinking and prospect for future research.
