国际核心素养背景下日本中小学生涯教育研究

【摘要】:进入21世纪以来,伴随着ICT为核心的科学技术高度发展,国际社会对人才的要求也发生变化,为了帮助年轻人应对科学技术高速发展,国际竞争激烈的复杂境脉,各国及国际组织制定了新能力或核心素养框架。其核心不是单纯的基础知识与技能的习得,而在于重视问题解决能力、创新能力以及思维能力的培养。生涯教育(Career Education)是促进个体发展,以培养学生成为独立的社会人和职业人为目标的长期教育,是一种可持续发展的终身教育。21世纪初随着日本经济产业结构的变化以及雇佣形态的多样化和流动性,日本文部科学省提出从幼儿教育到高等教育各阶段中,实施系统化的生涯教育,其目的旨在培养学生作为社会人所需的基本能力与态度,促进职业生涯的可持续发展。因此,2011年日本提出了生涯教育培养的具体内容,即人际关系形成能力、自我理解与管理能力、问题应对能力以及计划决策能力等,可以说生涯教育与国际核心素养在许多地方"不谋而合",有着"异曲同工之妙"。因此,本研究在国际核心素养背景下,通过梳理日本生涯教育的理论基础与政策变迁,力求揭示日本今日中小学生涯教育所培养的诸能力与国际社会所提出的能力的关系,阐明国际核心素养背景下日本今日中小学生涯教育实践体系以及特征分析,以期对我国中小学生涯教育的实践提供一定的借鉴意义。本研究分为六个部分。第一部为绪论,主要论述本研究的选题缘由、概念界定、国内外研究现状以及研究思路与方法。第二部分探究日本开展生涯教育的国际背景和国内背景。第三部分阐述日本生涯教育理论基础与政策变迁。第四部分基于能力培养视角分析日本生涯教育草创期的误解、国际教育动向,以及日本基于能力培养的中小学生涯教育。第五部分研究日本中小学生涯教育的实践体系。第六部分分析总结日本中小学生涯教育特征,并通过归纳总结,为我国中小学生涯教育的开展提供一定的借鉴。
[Abstract]:Since twenty-first Century, along with the ICT rapid development of science and technology as the core of the international social demands have changed, in order to help young people cope with the rapid development of science and technology, the complex context of fierce international competition, many countries and international organizations to develop new skills or core competence framework. The core is not only the acquisition of basic knowledge and skills, but also to the cultivation of problem solving ability, innovation ability and thinking ability. Career Education (Career Education) is a long-term education that promotes individual development and aims to train students to become an independent social person and occupation. It is a lifelong education for sustainable development. At the beginning of twenty-first Century with the change of economic structure in Japan Industry and diversified employment forms and liquidity, put forward from pre-school education to higher education in each stage of the Japanese Ministry of education, career education implementation of the system, its purpose is to cultivate the students as a social person need the ability and attitude, promote the sustainable development of occupation career. Therefore, in 2011 Japan proposed the specific content of career education, namely the interpersonal relationship forming ability, self understanding and management ability, and ability to deal with the problem of planning and decision-making ability, can be said that the core of career education and International Literacy in many places ", there are different approaches but equally satisfactory results agree without prior without previous consultation" "wonderful". Therefore, the research on core international literacy background, theoretical basis and policy changes by combing the Japanese career education, and strive to reveal the relationship between the ability of the proposed abilities of elementary and secondary schools in Japan today to cultivate career education and the international community, to clarify the core literacy under the background of Japan today school career education practice system and feature analysis. In order to provide some reference to the practice of career education in primary and middle schools in china. This study is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction, which mainly discusses the origin of the topic, the definition of the concept, the current research situation at home and abroad, and the research ideas and methods. The second part explores the international background and domestic background of career education in Japan. The third part expounds the theoretical basis and policy changes of career education in Japan. The fourth part is the analysis of Japanese career education in early period of misunderstanding, the international trends in education from the perspective of ability training based on Japan and based on ability cultivation of career education in primary and middle schools. The fifth part studies the practice system of Japanese primary and secondary school career education. The sixth part analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of Japanese primary and secondary school career education, and provides some reference for the development of primary and secondary school career education in China through summary and summary.
