【摘要】:2010和2011先后两年国家发布《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》(2010-2020年)和《国务院关于当前发展学前教育的若干意见》两个文件。文件明确提出,要大力发展学前教育,破解老百姓“入园难”的问题。2016年年初,全面二孩政策实施,幼儿教师缺口会加大,直接催生了“幼师热”这一现象。幼教专业迎来了蓬勃发展的春天,报考幼教专业的人数很多,从近几年幼师招生场面火爆可见一斑。同时幼教专业也面临着专业化、标准化、规范化和前瞻化发展的机遇和挑战。一方面国民对幼儿教育越来越重视,对幼儿教师的文化素质要求越来越高;另一方面,幼师专业的准入门槛太低,有些都是零门槛进入,幼师毕业生好多不能满足市场需求,尤其是文化素养普遍不高。我们中职学校幼教专业人才培养既要满足当前幼教事业快速发展对幼儿师资的需求,还要确保人才培养的高标准、严要求以及幼儿教师职后教育的可持续发展;语文教学无疑是幼师生文化素质提高的基础。本文关注中职学校幼教专业的语文教学,以宣化职业技术学校为例,针对幼教专业语文教学困境分析,研究改革的策略和具体的实施方法,探索更加有效的教学模式,目的是使中职幼教专业的学生得到更好的培训,以提高综合文化素质为基础,以能力为本位,培养新时期具有较高综合职业能力的幼儿教师。本论文共分三个章节。绪论阐述了研究现状,强调了研究的意义和方法,并介绍了研究涉及的相关的理论基础。第一章以笔者所在的宣化职业技术学校幼教专业为研究对象,探析现在幼师语文教学中存在困境的原因,从教与学及幼儿园需求方面分析原因,指出中职幼教语文改革势在必行。第二章提出幼教专业语文改革需要遵循的原则并细化了幼教专业语文在听说读写方面的各项能力和目标。第三章结合我校幼教语文的教学实践,针对第一章中揭示的问题,探索符合幼教生学情的课堂内外教学模式,将提高学生语文应用能力和文化素养作为课程教学的核心目标,让幼师语文教学融入职业元素,全面增强幼教生综合运用语文的能力。
[Abstract]:In 2010 and 2011 years, the state issued the two outline of the national medium and long term educational reform and development plan (2010-2020 years) and the State Council's opinions on the current development of preschool education. It is clear that it is necessary to develop preschool education and solve the problem of "difficulty in entering the garden". At the beginning of 2016, the full two - child policy was implemented, and the gap between preschool teachers would be increased and the phenomenon of "young teacher fever" was directly induced. The young education profession has welcomed the flourishing spring, and the number of young education majors is a lot. At the same time, the preschool education also faces the opportunities and challenges of professionalization, standardization, standardization and forward-looking development. On the one hand, national pay more and more attention to preschool education, preschool teachers' requirements for increasingly high quality of culture; on the other hand, teachers of professional access threshold is too low, there are zero threshold, a lot of young graduates can not meet the market demand, especially the cultural literacy is not high. Our school preschool education professional training should not only meet the current rapid development of preschool education for preschool teachers needs, but also to ensure that the sustainable development of personnel training of high standards and strict requirements and in-service kindergarten teacher education; Chinese teaching is undoubtedly the cultural quality of young teachers and students of higher base. This paper focus on Chinese teaching in secondary vocational school preschool education, occupation technical school in Xuanhua as an example, according to the analysis of the plight of Chinese preschool education professional teaching reform, research methods and specific implementation methods, to explore more effective teaching mode, the purpose is to make the secondary vocational preschool education major students get better training, to improve the comprehensive cultural quality as the basis and take ability as the standard, preschool teachers with higher comprehensive occupation ability training in the new era. This paper is divided into three chapters. The introduction describes the status of the research, emphasizes the significance and methods of the study, and introduces the relevant theoretical basis of the study. The first chapter takes the kindergarten education major in Xuanhua vocational and technical school as the research object, analyzes the reasons for the predicament in Chinese language teaching, and analyzes the reasons from the aspects of teaching and learning and kindergarten needs, and points out that it is imperative to reform Chinese teaching in secondary vocational schools. The second chapter puts forward the principles that should be followed in the reform of the professional language of preschool education and refine all the abilities and goals of the professional language of preschool teaching in the aspects of listening, speaking, reading and writing. The third chapter combines the teaching practice of our school Chinese preschool education, to reveal the problems in the first chapter, to explore with the learning situation of classroom teaching mode of preschool education students, will improve students' language proficiency and cultural literacy as the core goal of the curriculum teaching, teachers make language teaching integrate occupation elements, enhance the students' comprehensive ability of applying Chinese preschool education.
