【摘要】：初中思想品德课作为一门综合课程,不仅关注本学科理论知识的讲授,更注重对学生综合素质、思想道德的培养,肩负着培养新世纪高素质人才的重任。其中,法治教育作为思想品德课中重要组成部分,在规范学生日常行为等方面有着积极地作用。但现实中初中生身心发展不成熟、学校师资缺乏、社会环境复杂等多种因素的影响,造成初中生的法治教育有所缺失。这大大影响了教育的实效性。尤其近年来,初中生法治思维培养,法治信仰树立已成为教师和社会普遍关注的教育问题。本文阐述了初中生法治教育的必要性,思想品德课为契机开展法治教育的有利条件,并结合调查得出数据,进一步分析出目前思想品德课中法治教育需要完善之处,并提出增强初中思想品德课教学中法治教育的具体对策。本文以国内外法治教育已经取得的成就为理论基础,通过对淮北市部分学校的思想品德课中法治教育现状进行问卷调查,统计分析调查结果,初步总结得出,现阶段初中生思想品德课中法治教育方面存在的几个主要问题:忽视思想品德课法治教育的意义,思想品德课法治教育缺乏科学系统性,思想品德课法治教育教学方法单一,初中生缺少法律的运用实践环境。这些问题致使思想品德课法治教育功能发挥不明显。同时,以问卷调查为基础,从主客观因素上全面深入地分析了造成初中生思想品德课法治教育欠缺的原因。其中,教师的自身素质和教学形式单一对学生影响较大。最后针对上述原因并结合调查问卷和在教学实践活动中的观察,分析总结得出更好的在思想品德课中进行法治教育的对策。学生是学习的主体,提高学生法治思维,有利于树立法治信仰,教学中法律知识的枯燥乏味一定程度上消磨学生的学习兴趣,要联系社会现实,灵活使用教材。教师自身素养以及教师开展的课堂活动对学生的影响很大,因此要在提高教师法律素养的同时不断革新教学方法,最后提出在尊重教育规律前提下,运用多种教学方式相结合,增加课堂生动性,并与校外有效途径相配合,提出对初中生法治教育的对策,改变以往思想品德课中法治教育效果不理想的现状。
[Abstract]:As a comprehensive course, junior middle school ideological and moral education not only focuses on the teaching of theoretical knowledge, but also focuses on the cultivation of students' comprehensive quality and ideological morality, and shoulders the responsibility of training high-quality talents in the new century. Among them, the rule of law education, as an important part of the ideological and moral course, plays an active role in standardizing the daily behavior of the students. However, due to the fact that junior middle school students are immature in physical and mental development, lack of school teachers, and complicated social environment, there is a lack of rule of law education for junior middle school students. This has greatly influenced the effectiveness of education. In recent years, the cultivation of the rule of law in junior high school students, the establishment of the rule of law has become a common concern for teachers and society. This paper expounds the necessity of legal education of junior high school students, ideological and moral education as an opportunity to carry out favorable conditions for the rule of law education, and combined with the survey data, further analysis of the current ideological and moral education in law education needs the perfect place, and bring forward the moral lesson in junior middle school teaching in law education countermeasures. In this paper, the domestic and foreign legal education has been achieved as the theoretical basis, through a questionnaire survey of some schools in Huaibei City, the ideological and moral education in law education present situation, statistical analysis of survey results, preliminary concluded that several main problems of law education in aspects of Ideological and moral lesson in Junior middle school students at the present stage: ignore the significance of Ideological and moral education of law class, the lack of scientific system of Ideological and moral education in the rule of law, rule of law education in Ideological and moral course teaching method is single, lack of legal practice environment for junior middle school students. These problems have caused no obvious function of the rule of law education in moral and moral courses. At the same time, based on the questionnaire survey, from the subjective and objective factors, the reasons for the lack of rule of law education in Ideological and moral courses for junior high school students are thoroughly analyzed. Among them, the teachers' own quality and the single teaching form have great influence on the students. Finally, in view of the above reasons, combined with the questionnaire and observation in teaching practice, we can conclude and get better countermeasures for rule of law education in Ideological and moral lessons. Students are the main body of learning, improving students' rule of law thinking, setting up the rule of law belief, boring the knowledge of law, to a certain extent, learning the interest of students, and linking the social reality to using textbooks flexibly. Great influence their quality of teachers and teachers to carry out classroom activities for students, so to improve and innovation of teaching methods of legal literacy, and finally put forward in respect of Education Law under the premise of using various teaching methods combined, increase classroom vivid, and is matched with the effective way of school, put forward the countermeasure to the rule of law education in junior high school students, change the current situation of Ideological and moral education in law education effect is not ideal.
