【摘要】：文章采用文献资料、培训研习等方法,在政策多元背景下,提出我国青少年校园足球骨干师资专项培训实践存在的几个实质性问题,从理论层面、管理层面、实施层面分析培训实践,并反思该培训课程实践的成果与不足之处。建议以培训特色为依托—全方位提高学员课堂内外活动参与度、以培训主题为源头—注重普遍性问题与个体性问题的解答、以综合性培训思维为引导—突出"理论+实践"模式、以政策实施为目标—提高培训管理团队业务水平。
[Abstract]:This article uses the literature study, training and other methods, in the policy under the background of pluralistic, put forward some essential problems of China Youth campus football teachers backbone special training practice, from the theoretical level, management level, the implementation of training practice analysis, and Reflection on the training curriculum of practical results and shortcomings. Suggestions on the training features based on the full range of - to improve students' participation in classroom activities, training topics as the source - focus on common problems and individual problems, to comprehensive training for Thinking Guide to highlight the "theory + practice" mode, to the implementation of the policy target -- to improve the training level of business management team.
