【摘要】:加强青少年思想品德教育,帮助他们树立远大的理想,关系着民族的兴衰、国家的兴亡,同时关乎党和国家的发展,因此,这将成为一项长远又持久的战略任务。而初中生思想品德的养成不仅要靠教师的谆谆教诲,也离不开学生家长的耐心教导。由于初中生所处在身心发展不平衡的阶段,在这样的特殊时期,他们需要正确的引导和鼓励。初中生在学校德育熏陶下也受到各自家庭的影响。而初中思想品德课的教学就是为了更系统化教育学生,使他们身心得到健康发展,培养他们树立正确的价值观。为进一步提高初中思想品德课的教学效果,丰富思想品德课教学手段。本文提出,将家长作为一种教育资源使其成为一种课堂教学资源引进课堂,利用家长的优势辅助教师对初中生进行思想品德教育,从而提高思想品德课教学质量。本文在借鉴前人研究基础上针对家庭与学校教育的结合方面的研究做了具体分析。通过文献研究法对于家长参与学校教育的情况进行梳理,并针对初中思想品德课教学中运用家长教育资源的相关研究进行分析。又通过实证研究法对当前初中思想品德课教学中家长教育资源运用的情况实施调查。笔者选取扬州地区四所初级中学初一、初二的学生家长作为调查对象,对家长教育资源在初中思想品德课的运用情况有所了解,又对调查结果做出分析,提出了优化家长教育资源的对策,以及在初中思想品德课教学中运用家长教育资源的具体实施过程。本文的创新之处在于,从实际调查情况出发,对于初中思想品德课教学中家长教育资源的运用做了相关补充说明,完善思想品德课堂教学实过程,有利于在教育实践中进行新的探索。本文不足之处在于对于初中思想品德课中家长教育资源的运用的理论研究还不够深入,需全面搜集相关资料作出进一步分析,为本研究提供充分的理论依据。要使得在初中思想品德课教学中顺利运用家长教育资源,需要家长与教师的通力合作,更需要家长的配合,双方都要做好准备工作。在对家长教育资源的具体运用上,需根据学生家庭的实际情况而定,设计恰当的课堂教学活动,更待完善。
[Abstract]:Strengthen the ideological and moral education of young people, help them to set up lofty ideals, related to the rise and fall of the nation, the rise and fall of the country, at the same time related to the development of the Party and the country, so. This will become a long-term and lasting strategic task. But the cultivation of junior high school students' moral character depends not only on the inculcation of teachers. Because junior high school students are in an unbalanced stage of physical and mental development, in such a special period. They need correct guidance and encouragement. Junior high school students are also influenced by their families under the influence of moral education in school. In order to further improve the teaching effect and enrich the teaching means of ideological and moral course in junior high school, this paper puts forward the following points: (1) to make them have a healthy development of body and mind, and to train them to set up correct values. Parents as a kind of educational resources to make it a classroom teaching resources into the classroom, using the advantages of parents to assist teachers in the ideological and moral education of junior high school students. In order to improve the teaching quality of ideological and moral education, this paper makes a concrete analysis on the combination of family and school education on the basis of previous studies. Sort it out. Based on the analysis of the related research on the use of parents' educational resources in the ideological and moral teaching of junior high school, the author carries out an investigation on the utilization of parents' educational resources in the teaching of ideological and moral education in junior high school by means of empirical research. Four junior middle schools in Yangzhou area are selected. The parents of students in the second year of junior high school as the object of investigation to understand the use of parent education resources in junior high school ideological and moral classes, and to make an analysis of the results of the survey, put forward the optimization of parents education resources countermeasures. And in the junior middle school ideological and moral teaching in the use of parental education resources specific implementation process. The innovation of this article is, from the actual investigation. For the junior high school ideological and moral education in the use of parental education resources to do a related supplementary explanation to improve the ideological and moral classroom teaching process. The deficiency of this paper is that the theoretical research on the use of parents' educational resources in the ideological and moral course of junior high school is not deep enough. Need to collect relevant information for further analysis to provide a sufficient theoretical basis for this study. In order to make the successful use of parental education resources in the ideological and moral teaching of junior high school, it is necessary for parents and teachers to cooperate with each other. It needs the cooperation of parents and the preparation of both sides. It is necessary to design appropriate classroom teaching activities according to the actual situation of students' families in the specific use of parents' educational resources.
