【摘要】:上海市高中体育专项化改革自2013年试点以来已接近四年之久,羽毛球项目深受学生喜爱。在改革取得较大突破的同时,也存在着一些问题,需要总结经验,并提出针对性的对策。本文研究采取文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,以上海市高中体育专项化羽毛球课程现状与推进策略为研究对象,对上海市高中羽毛球专项化试点学校的基本情况、师资情况、学生现状、场地器材等进行了调查与分析,发现其中存在的问题和不足,以此为依据,对影响上海市高中羽毛球专项化开展的影响因素进行调查及分析。针对调查结果,提出上海市高中羽毛球专项化开展的推进策略。为高中羽毛球专项化教学提供借鉴,为高中体育专项化的整体发展提供服务。本研究的主要结论如下:1.随着上海市高中体育专项化羽毛球课程改革的不断推进以及羽毛球试点学校的逐渐增加,大部分羽毛球试点学校的班级人数控制在30人以内;试点学校羽毛球专项班教学组织形式以同一年级打破行政班和男女分班为主,且较多采用分层教学,有的学校仍以传统男女合班的教学组织形式进行教学;课时安排方面试点学校每周都会安排80分钟的教学课时,但是各试点学校羽毛球专项班的每周安排次数并不完全统一。2.羽毛球专项化授课教师以年轻教师为主,呈年轻化态势,学历大多以本科生为主,职称以初、中级职称为主,培训的机会缺少,校与校、区与区之间的教学研讨活动不够,部分羽毛球专项化教师专业技术能力不足且教学能力、经验有待于进一步提升。3.羽毛球专项班男生对羽毛球运动知识、裁判规则的了解程度比女生要好,大部分学生在进入羽毛球专项班之前很少接受过系统的训练且选择动机是以增强体质、掌握一项终身技能为主;但是通过专项班的学习后喜欢羽毛球的人数增多了,并且喜欢爱羽毛球的原因主要有:运动技能提高显著、教学组织教法多样、教学内容丰富等,除此之外学生的羽毛球技战术、体能等能力也得到了不同程度的提高。4.羽毛球专项化实施后,教学内容较之前丰富,但缺少针对性,没有根据不同层次的学生来安排不同的教学内容,教学方法上仍以传统教法为主且缺乏针对性、创造性。现有的教学评价还不够全面,并且没有针对不同学生制定出不同的衡量标准,教师们经常忽视学生的自评、互评。5.部分试点学校存在场地器材的问题,例如羽毛球场地的木质地板出现松动、羽毛球和球拍质量较差等等。6.影响上海市高中羽毛球专项化开展的因素主要有:校长及领导重视程度、羽毛球专项化课程的理论建设、学生自身素质、教师专业能力、场地器材因素等。
[Abstract]:The special reform of senior high school sports in Shanghai has been nearly four years since 2013, and badminton is popular among students. While the reform has made a great breakthrough, there are also some problems. It is necessary to sum up experience and put forward targeted countermeasures. This paper studies the methods of literature, interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics. Taking the current situation and promotion strategy of specialized badminton curriculum in senior high school in Shanghai as the research object, the basic situation, teachers' situation and students' status of the special badminton pilot school in Shanghai senior high school are studied. The site and equipment were investigated and analyzed, found the existing problems and deficiencies, based on this, the impact of high school badminton in Shanghai to carry out the investigation and analysis of the factors affecting the results of the investigation. This paper puts forward the strategy of promoting the development of special badminton in senior high school in Shanghai, and provides reference for the special teaching of badminton in senior high school. The main conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. With the continuous promotion of the reform of badminton curriculum in senior high school and the gradual increase of badminton pilot schools. The class size of most badminton pilot schools is limited to less than 30 students; The teaching organization form of badminton special class in pilot school is to break the administrative class and separate class of male and female in the same grade, and more adopt stratified teaching, some schools still use the traditional teaching organization form of male and female cooperation class to carry on the teaching; In terms of the scheduling of classes, the pilot schools schedule 80 minutes of teaching hours each week. But each pilot school badminton special classes per week arrangements are not completely unified .2.Badminton special teaching teachers are young teachers, showing a young trend, mostly undergraduate students, titles to the beginning. Intermediate title is the main, lack of training opportunities, school and school, district and district between the teaching and research activities are not enough, some badminton specialized teachers' professional and technical ability is insufficient and teaching ability. Experience needs to be further improved .3. Badminton special class boys to badminton sports knowledge, referee rules than girls to understand the level of better. 3. Most of the students rarely received systematic training before entering the special badminton class and their motivation was to improve their physique and master a lifelong skill. However, the number of people who like badminton after studying in special classes has increased, and the main reasons for loving badminton are: the significant improvement of sports skills, the variety of teaching methods, the rich content of teaching and so on. In addition, the students' badminton techniques and tactics, physical fitness and other abilities have also been improved to varying degrees. 4. After the implementation of badminton, the teaching content is more abundant than before, but the lack of pertinence. Not according to different levels of students to arrange different teaching content, teaching methods are still based on the traditional teaching method and lack of pertinence, creativity. The existing teaching evaluation is not comprehensive enough. And not for different students to develop different standards of measurement, teachers often ignore the self-assessment of students, mutual evaluation. 5. some of the pilot schools have site equipment problems. For example, the wood floor of badminton court appears loose, badminton and racket quality is poor and so on .6.The main factors that affect the special development of high school badminton in Shanghai are: principal and leadership attach importance to it. The theory construction of badminton special course, students' own quality, teacher's professional ability, field equipment factor and so on.
