合肥市中学生暑期体育活动现状及对策研究

【摘要】：本研究以合肥市中学生暑期体育活动现状为研究基础,运用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计法等研究方法,通过对合肥市中学生暑期体育活动现状进行调查分析,归纳总结了合肥市中学生暑期体育活动中存在的问题,并对影响合肥市中学生暑期体育活动的相关因素进行分析,最后提出了相应的对策,研究目的在于为青少年体质提升提供参考。研究结论如下:⑴合肥市中学生的暑期生活模式较为不科学,作息时间紊乱,赖床、打游戏等现象较为普遍,这些不合理的生活习惯对中学生的身体健康造成了严重威胁。⑵合肥市中学生对暑期参与体育活动的喜欢程度较高,普遍在体育锻炼对健康的促进作用上抱有乐观积极的态度,但在影响健康因素指标上,合肥市中学生认为体育活动还是排在合理饮食和有规律的作息之后,位居第三位。⑶合肥市中学生普遍具有较高的参与暑期体育活动的兴趣,并且对其重要性的认识程度也较高。⑷合肥市中学生在选择参与暑期体育活动的项目上,男女生之间存在着明显差异,年级之间也存在着较大差异。⑸合肥市中学生普遍喜欢选择上午或傍晚进行体育活动,在地点的选择上喜欢在小区内进行体育活动,不同区域的学生在锻炼场地的选择上存在差异;在体育锻炼形式上,大多数学生选择与父母一起进行体育锻炼,女生较男生更为明显,其次是选择与同学或朋友进行体育锻炼。⑹合肥市中学生参与体育活动的人口数不多,无法达到理想的锻炼效果;在不同性别与年级上,男生在锻炼的次数与时间上要高于女生,高中生低于初中生。⑺合肥市中学对学生参与暑期体育活动的管理与组织不够重视,对学生暑期参与体育锻炼的重要性认识不够深刻,组织上也不得力。⑻学生家长总体上对学生的身心健康状况以及体育锻炼上都给予了积极的关注和重视,对学生暑期参与体育活动的行为也比较支持,但学生家长更加注重学生德、智方面的发展。最后,提出了相应的对策,具体为:⑴学校应建立学生暑期作息档案;⑵政府应加强社区配套体育设施建设;⑶大力培养社区体育指导员;⑷加强学生参与体育活动教育;⑸教育主管部门应提高学校、体育教师对暑期体育活动的重视;⑹提高社会对学生参加体育活动的认识;⑺提高家长对假期体育活动重要性的认识;⑻建立学校、家庭、社会三维一体的管理机制。
[Abstract]:Based on the status of summer sports activities of middle school students in Hefei city as the research foundation, using literature data, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and other research methods, through the investigation and Analysis on the status quo of summer sports activities of middle school students in Hefei City, summarizes the Hefei city middle school summer sports activities, and related factors on the impact of summer sports activities middle school students in Hefei city were analyzed, and finally put forward the corresponding countermeasures, the aim of the study is to provide reference for improving youth fitness. The research conclusions are as follows: 1 the middle school students in Hefei City, the summer life mode is not scientific, rest time disorder, stay in bed, playing games is a common phenomenon, these unreasonable habits on the health of students which is a serious threat. The middle school students in Hefei city for the summer to participate in sports activities of the higher degree of love, common in physical exercise on health The promoting effect on the optimistic positive attitude, but in the influence factors of health, Hefei city middle school students that sports activities or after a reasonable diet and a regular schedule, ranked third. The Hefei city middle school students generally have higher interest to participate in the summer sports activities, and recognizing the importance of the high. The middle school students in Hefei city in the choice to participate in the summer sports activities, there are obvious differences between boys and girls, there is a big difference between grades. The middle school students in Hefei city generally choose morning or evening love sports, in choosing the location of love sports activities in the District, students from different regions exist the difference in exercise venue of choice; in the form of physical exercise, most students and parents exercise, girls are more obvious than boys, The second is to choose to exercise with their classmates or friends. 6 middle school students in Hefei City, the number of people participating in sports activities is not much, can not achieve the desired effect of exercise; in different gender and grade, boys in the times and time of exercise is higher than that of girls, high school students than junior high school students. 7 middle school of Hefei city to participate in management and organization summer sports activities of the students do not pay enough attention to the importance of the summer students participate in physical exercise in-depth understanding of the organization, is not effective. On the whole, the parents of the students physical and mental health of students and physical exercise have given positive attention and attention, also more support for summer students participate in sports activities, but the parents of the students pay more attention to their moral, intellectual development. Finally, put forward the corresponding countermeasures, specifically as the following: first, the school should establish the student summer schedule file; the government should strengthen the agency. Supporting the construction of sports facilities; the training of community sports instructors; strengthen the education of students to participate in sports activities; the education departments should improve the school physical education teachers pay more attention to the summer sports activities; it enhances the understanding of society and students to participate in sports activities; it improve parents' understanding of the importance of holiday sports activities, the establishment of the school; family, society, management mechanism of three in one.
