初中英语阅读课中的词汇教学研究

【摘要】:词汇是初中英语阅读课的重要组成部分,它是学生学习英语的重要基础。同时,初中英语阅读课中的词汇也是教师教和学生学的重要方面。笔者在教育实习过程中发现,有些英语教师虽然重视词汇教学,但是并不非常清楚如何对阅读文本中的词汇进行系统教学。有的教师不清楚应该选择哪些词汇进行讲解;有的教师把词汇教学与阅读文本分离开来,词汇教学成为孤立存在的个体;教师多采用领读词汇表、辨析音形义的方式教授词汇;学生多采用死记硬背的方式学词汇等。教师反应词汇教学效果并不好,学生抱怨词汇学习有困难。因此,笔者认为有必要对初中英语阅读课中的词汇教学现状展开必要的调查与研究。本文主要以语境理论为理论框架,采用课堂观察、问卷调查和访谈的研究方法,收集数据和信息,对初中英语阅读课中的词汇教学现状进行系统研究。通过对初中英语阅读课中的词汇教学现状调查,探究当前教师是如何处理文本理解与词汇教学的,教师们所采用的哪些词汇教学策略是有效的,词汇教学又存在哪些问题,针对存在的问题,笔者剖析原因,结合语境理论提出相关的教学建议。通过调查研究发现,当前教师处理文本理解与词汇教学的方式有两种:一种是词汇教学与文本理解相脱离;另一种是词汇教学与文本理解相结合。笔者认为,第二种与文本理解相结合、依托文本语境进行词汇教学的方式是有效的。通过课堂观察发现,当前教师采用的部分词汇教学策略是有效的,例如:创设激发学生阅读兴趣的生活情境;创设图片情境;运用上下文语境;运用构词法;设置复述活动;设计角色扮演活动;设计短文写作活动。但是,词汇教学也存在一定的问题,比如:脱离文本语境教学;脱离文本主题教学;词汇教学目标不明确;词汇复现率低;缺乏词汇教学策略;缺乏对学生思维能力的培养。笔者认为,之所以存在这些问题,一是应试教育制度的影响;二是教师的教学任务重;三是部分教师自身专业技能不过关。笔者针对这些原因,根据语境理论,提出相关建议:教师要重视自身教学手段和水平的不断提高;设计多元化的词汇巩固任务培养学生的思维能力;选择目标词汇时要基于文本;设计多样的教学活动来提高词汇复现率;要注意在语言、信息、思想三个层次上进行文本的解读。
[Abstract]:Vocabulary is an important part of teaching of English reading in junior high school, it is an important foundation for students to learn English. At the same time, an important aspect in the course of vocabulary is the teachers and students of junior high school English reading. The author found that in the process of practice, some English teachers focus on the importance of vocabulary teaching, but is not very clear how to carry out the system of teaching read the text in vocabulary. Some teachers don't know should choose what words to explain; some teachers regard the vocabulary teaching and reading text separated, vocabulary teaching has become isolated individual; the teacher uses the new vocabulary of sound form meaning way of vocabulary teaching; students learn vocabulary by rote teaching effect. The teachers words are not good, students complain about vocabulary learning difficulty. Therefore, it is necessary to junior high school English reading class in the vocabulary teaching Like the necessary investigations and studies. This paper takes the context theory as the theoretical framework, through classroom observation, questionnaire survey and interview research methods, collect data and information, a systematic research on the vocabulary teaching situation in junior high school English reading class. By reading the investigation of vocabulary teaching in the course of junior high school English reading, explore the current the teacher is how to deal with text comprehension and vocabulary teaching, vocabulary teaching strategies which teachers use is effective, and what are the problems of vocabulary teaching, aiming at the existing problems, the author analyzes reasons, puts forward suggestions related to the teaching context theory. Through the investigation found that there are two ways to deal with text comprehension and vocabulary the teaching of the teachers: one is vocabulary teaching and text comprehension from; another is the combination of vocabulary teaching and understanding of the text. The author believes that the second and text comprehension The combination of relying on the context in vocabulary teaching is an effective way. Through classroom observation, teaching strategies adopted by teachers is part of the vocabulary effectively, for example: the creation of arousing the students' interest in reading the life situations; the creation of images using the contextual situation;; application of word formation; set repeat activities; design of role playing the design of essay writing activities; vocabulary teaching. However, there are also some problems, such as: out of context from the theme of the text teaching; teaching; vocabulary teaching goals are not clear; lexical repetition rate is low; the lack of vocabulary teaching strategies; the lack of the thinking ability of students. The author believes that the reason for these problems is the examination oriented the education system; two is the teacher's teaching task; the three is part of teachers' professional skills do not pass. According to these reasons, according to the theory of context, puts forward relevant It is suggested that teachers should pay attention to their teaching methods and the continuous improvement of the level of design; diversified vocabulary consolidation task to cultivate students' thinking ability; based on the text selection target vocabulary; design a variety of teaching activities to improve the lexical repetition rate; pay attention to language, information, three levels of ideas on the interpretation of the text.
