【摘要】:本文以广元市利州区初中生课外体育活动的现状为研究对象。采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法等多种研究方法来对抽取的广元市利州区10所初级中学的体育教师、学生和家长进行调查。发现问题,然后探讨问题,最后对问题提出一些建议。从而为广元市初级中学开展课外体育活动提供参考。研究表明:1、校领导、体育教师和学生对课外体育活动的认同度较高。其中教师群体中认为很有必要开展课外体育活动的人数远高于校领导。九年级学生对开展课外体育活动的认同度要低于七、八年级。家长对开展课外体育活动认同度远低于校领导、教师和学生。2、虽然校领导、教师对开展课外体育活动的认同度都很高,但是他们对开展课外体育活动的重视程度都不高,持一般态度的人数比例最大,超过一半。3、教师和学生对课外体育活动的安全在认知上高度重视,但是切实的安全性举措并不多。4、学校开展课外体育活动的动机是为了培养学生终生体育意识和提高中考体育考试成绩,而学生是以娱乐身心和个人兴趣爱好为主要动机的。5、学生对学校开展的课外体育活动满意度一般,且不满意的比例较大。导致学生没有太高的积极性去参与课外体育活动。与上体育课相比,学生更喜欢参与课外体育锻炼。6、学校对开展课外体育活动没有做出一套切实可行的计划和方案。身体情况特殊的学生有强烈参与课外体育活动的愿望,但为了他们的安全和条件的不允许,所以学校在课外体育活动中对他们进行特殊管理。7、学校开展的课外体育活动形式除了早操、课间操、运动会、班级联赛之外就是学生自发组织形式。周一至周五学校每天都会开展早操、课间操(除不良天气因素之外)。8、学生参与课外体育活动的持续时间未达到“每天平均运动1小时”的标准。在学生的课外体育活动中缺乏教师的指导,不是因为师资的不足,而是教师没有切实履行自己的职责。9、学生在项目的参与程度上有性别差异,男生喜欢参与对抗性项目,而女生喜欢表现难美性项目。针对调查结果提出以下建议:学校应该提高对课外体育活动的重视程度,营造良好学校体育氛围;建立课外体育活动规章制度,履行体育教师职责;建立课外体育活动规章制度,履行体育教师职责;完善学校体育场地、设施设备;提高学生对课外体育活动的满意度和参与的积极性;体育教师要加强责任心,切实履行自己的职责;根据学生课外体育活动的夙求和偏好,推进课堂教学的改革。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the present situation of extracurricular sports activities of junior high school students in Lizhou District of Guangyuan City as the research object. Interviews and mathematical statistics and other research methods to extract 10 junior high schools in Guangyuan City students and parents of physical education survey. Find problems and then explore the problems. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to provide a reference for Guangyuan junior middle school to carry out extracurricular sports activities. The research shows that: 1, the school leader. Physical education teachers and students have a higher degree of recognition of extracurricular sports activities, among which the number of teachers who think it necessary to carry out extracurricular sports activities is much higher than that of school leaders. Parents to carry out extracurricular sports activities are far lower than school leaders, teachers and students. 2, although school leaders, teachers to develop extracurricular sports activities are very high degree of identity. But they do not attach great importance to the development of extracurricular sports activities, the number of people with general attitude is the largest, more than half. 3. Teachers and students pay great attention to the safety of extracurricular sports activities. However, practical security measures are not many. 4, the motivation of extracurricular sports activities is to cultivate students' lifelong awareness of physical education and improve the results of physical examination. However, the students are mainly motivated by entertainment, body, mind and personal interests. The students' satisfaction with extracurricular sports activities is general. And the proportion of dissatisfaction is larger. As a result, students do not have too high enthusiasm to participate in extracurricular sports activities. Compared with physical education, students prefer to participate in extracurricular physical exercise .6. The school does not make a set of practical plans and programs for the development of extracurricular sports activities. Students with special physical conditions have a strong desire to participate in extracurricular sports activities, but for their safety and conditions do not allow. Therefore, the school in extracurricular sports activities to their special management. 7, the school carried out extracurricular sports activities in addition to morning exercises, class exercises, sports. Apart from the class league, students organize themselves spontaneously. From Monday to Friday, the school has morning exercises and recess exercises (except bad weather). The duration of students' participation in extracurricular sports activities is not up to the standard of "average daily exercise 1 hour". The lack of teachers' guidance in students' extracurricular sports activities is not due to the shortage of teachers. But teachers do not really perform their duties. 9, students participate in the project in the degree of gender differences, boys like to participate in confrontational projects. According to the results of the investigation, the following suggestions are put forward: schools should pay more attention to extracurricular sports activities and create a good school sports atmosphere; Establish the rules and regulations of extracurricular sports activities and fulfill the duties of physical education teachers; Establish the rules and regulations of extracurricular sports activities and fulfill the duties of physical education teachers; Improve school sports venues, facilities and equipment; Improve students' satisfaction and enthusiasm for extracurricular sports activities; Physical education teachers should strengthen their sense of responsibility and carry out their duties. To promote the reform of classroom teaching according to the students' preference of seeking early peace in extracurricular sports activities.
