【摘要】：随着经济的发展和社会的进步,中小学校外实践教育受到越来越多的关注,也日渐成为人们的普遍追求,而当今对校外实践育人的研究主要集中在高等教育层面,对中小学校外实践研究很少,对其模式探究更是少之又少。本文则从这个角度出发,在深入分析上海市中小学校外实践育人现状的基础上,对其进行概括和总结,提炼出上海市实际上已经存在但并未明确提出的上海市中小学校外实践育人模式,在对其进行深入分析的基础上,提出针对性的完善建议,为上海市中小学校外实践育人的发展提供参考,也为其他各省市提供借鉴。本课题共有三个部分。第一部分是中小学校外实践育人模式的概念及理论阐释。这一部分主要采用文献法和综合分析法,阐释了实践育人、模式、育人模式的概念、并结合模式和育人模式的概念,对实践育人模式和中小学校外实践育人模式的概念进行了界定;同时对中小学校外实践育人的理论依据、中小学校外实践育人的意义及中小学校外实践育人模式的构建原则进行了较为详细的阐述,以夯实本文的基础。第二部分是上海市中小学校外实践育人现状及模式。这一部分主要借助相关数据来简要分析上海市中小学校外实践育人的现状,并在此基础上提出上海市中小学校外实践育人模式:政府主导、三力合一。第三部分是上海市中小学校外实践育人模式的评析与优化。笔者主要从上海市中小学校外实践育人模式的特色、不足及模式优化这三方面进行论述。笔者认为,上海市中小学校外实践育人模式“政府主导、三力合一”具有很大的优越性,既可发挥政府的指引性又可发挥地方的积极性,但同时笔者也认为模式虽好,却仍需与时俱进、不断创新。总之,这三个部分层层递进,密不可分,构成了一个统一的整体。对于德育研究者来说,探索实践育人的理论研究以及提升其有效性的实践模式是一个不断深化的过程与课题,这项任务任重而道远。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the progress of society, practical education outside primary and secondary schools has been paid more and more attention, and has become a universal pursuit. Nowadays, the research on practice education outside school is mainly focused on higher education, and there are few studies on practice outside primary and middle schools, and even less on its mode. This paper starts from this angle. On the basis of in-depth analysis of the status quo of practice education outside primary and secondary schools in Shanghai, this paper summarizes and summarizes it, and abstracts the practical education model of Shanghai primary and secondary schools that has actually existed but has not been clearly put forward. On the basis of in-depth analysis, this paper puts forward targeted suggestions to improve the development of practice and education outside primary and secondary schools in Shanghai. It also provides reference for other provinces and cities. There are three parts of this topic. The first part is the concept and theoretical explanation of the mode of practical education outside primary and secondary schools. This part mainly adopts the literature method and comprehensive analysis method. This paper expounds the concepts of practical education, mode and mode of education, and defines the concept of practice mode of educating people and the mode of practice education outside primary and middle schools. At the same time, the theoretical basis of practice education outside primary and secondary schools, the significance of practice education outside primary and secondary schools and the construction principles of the mode of practice education outside primary and secondary schools are expounded in detail. In order to consolidate the foundation of this paper. The second part is the status quo and mode of practice education outside primary and secondary schools in Shanghai. This part mainly analyzes the status quo of practice education outside primary and secondary schools in Shanghai with the help of relevant data. And on the basis of this put forward Shanghai primary and secondary schools outside the practice of education model: government-led. The third part is the analysis and optimization of the mode of practice education outside primary and secondary schools in Shanghai. The author thinks that the practice mode of education outside primary and middle schools in Shanghai "government-led, three forces in one" has great superiority. Both the guidance of the government and the enthusiasm of the local government can be brought into play, but at the same time, the author also thinks that although the model is good, it still needs to keep pace with the times and innovate constantly. In short, these three parts are progressive and inseparable. For the researchers of moral education, exploring the theoretical research of practical education and the practical mode of improving its effectiveness is a deepening process and subject, and this task has a long way to go.
