【摘要】:当前,体育特色学校的训练是学校课余体育训练的重要形式之一,体育特色学校利用特有的教育资源优势,将学校体育与竞技体育有效地进行渗透和结合,为国家储备和输送了大量的田径竞技人才。但是,由于起步较晚,虽然已逐渐开始发展与普及,但发展还不成熟,训练开展的现状也不容乐观。这就需要广大体育工作者根据实际情况进行深入探讨以加快田径特色学校训练的改革,促进田径特色学校训练的可持续发展。本文以安徽省级高中田径专项特色学校的课余训练现状为研究对象,采用文献资料法、考察访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法以及逻辑分析法等研究方法,对8所安徽省级高中田径专项特色学校的基本状况、教练员和运动员的基本情况、课余田径训练现状与后勤保障情况进行调查分析并对影响运动员参与运动训练的因素进行研究,并提出相关对策与建议供有关方面参考和借鉴。研究结果显示:1.安徽省级高中田径专项特色学校有明确和完善的评估与管理体系,运行模式以独立运行模式为主、办训模式单一。2.安徽省级田径专项特色学校教练员以男性中青年为主,执教年限较长;以本科学历以及中高和中一职称为主;教练员曾获得的运动技术等级较低;教练员具备一定的科研水平;教练员参加岗位培训次数相对较少;教练员执训动机明确。3.安徽省级田径专项特色学校运动员来源以招收特长生为主;运动员参加系统训练的周期较短;文化成绩不太理想,学训矛盾仍然存在;运动员以考取大学为主要目标,人才输送渠道比较单一4.安徽省级田径专项特色学校教练员训练计划的制定不够全面,训练计划的执行情况基较为理想;选材的科学性需要提高;部分学校的训练队规模较小;教练员带队参加各级比赛的机会较少;训练队每周训练次数和时间基本符合要求,大部分学校都能利用寒假或暑假坚持课余训练。5.安徽省级田径专项特色学校领导对课余田径训练工作比较重视;场地与器材能够满足课余田径训练的需要,但有些条件仍需完善;训练经费能够满足训练的需要,但训练经费来源途径较少。6.影响安徽省级高中田径专项特色学校运动员参与运动训练的因素按贡献率大小排序依次为:社会因子、运动员因子、训练因子、参赛因子、教练员因子、管理因子、态度因子、心智因子。7.安徽省级高中田径专项特色学校课余训练水平提升策略主要包括:加大政策宣传、创新特色办训模式、加强教练员队伍建设、重视人才培养与输送、提高科学化训练水平、完善竞赛制度、改善后勤保障条件。
[Abstract]:At present, the sports characteristic school training is one of the important forms of the school extracurricular sports training, the sports characteristic school utilizes the unique education resources superiority, carries on the school sports and the athletics sports effectively to carry on the infiltration and the union. For the national reserve and transportation of a large number of athletics talent. However, due to the late start, although has gradually begun to develop and popularize, but the development is not mature. The current situation of training is not optimistic. This requires the majority of sports workers to conduct in-depth discussions according to the actual situation in order to speed up the reform of school training with track and field characteristics. To promote the sustainable development of track and field characteristic school training. This article takes the Anhui provincial high school track and field special characteristic school's extracurricular training present situation as the research object, uses the literature material method, the investigation interview method, the questionnaire survey method. The basic condition of 8 provincial high school track and field special characteristic schools in Anhui province and the basic situation of coaches and athletes are analyzed by mathematical statistics and logic analysis. The current situation of after-school track and field training and logistics support were investigated and analyzed, and the factors affecting athletes' participation in sports training were studied. And put forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions for reference and reference. The research results show that the provincial high school track and field special special school in Anhui Province has a clear and perfect evaluation and management system. The running mode is mainly independent operation mode, and the training mode is single. 2. Anhui provincial track and field special characteristic school coaches are mainly male young and middle-aged, and the teaching years are longer; Bachelor's degree as well as high and secondary professional titles are the main; Coaches have obtained a lower level of sports skills; Coaches have a certain level of scientific research; The number of coaches participating in post training is relatively small; Coaches' motivation for training is clear. 3. The main source of athletes in Anhui provincial track and field special schools is to recruit students with special abilities; The period of athletes participating in systematic training is short; The cultural achievement is not very ideal, and the contradiction between learning and training still exists; Athletes take admission to university as the main goal, the channel of talent transfer is relatively single 4.The training plan of Anhui provincial track and field special school coaches is not comprehensive enough, and the implementation of the training plan is relatively ideal. The scientific nature of material selection needs to be improved; Some schools have smaller training teams; Coaches have fewer opportunities to take part in competitions at all levels; The training team training times and time per week basically meet the requirements, most schools can use winter vacation or summer vacation to persist in after-school training .5.Anhui provincial track and field special characteristics school leaders pay more attention to the after-school track and field training work; Field and equipment can meet the needs of after-school track and field training, but some conditions still need to be improved; Training funds can meet the training needs. However, the sources of training funds are less. 6. The factors that affect the athletes' participation in sports training in Anhui provincial high school track and field special characteristic schools are social factors, athletes' factors and training factors according to the order of contribution rate. Competition factor, coach factor, management factor, attitude factor, mental factor. 7. Anhui provincial senior high school track and field special characteristics school extracurricular training strategy mainly includes: increase policy publicity. The training mode should be innovated, the construction of coaches should be strengthened, the training and transportation of talents should be emphasized, the level of scientific training should be improved, the competition system should be perfected, and the conditions of logistic support should be improved.
