【摘要】:现代社会的日新月异,科学技术的不断进步,使得培养高素质人才以适应社会的快速发展成为教育的重要目标。素质教育和新课程改革提出了面向全体学生理念,学校和教师应平等对待所有学生,赋予学生同等的学习机会,着眼于学生全面发展和终身发展的需要,促进学生有个性的发展。本文以面向全体学生理念为指导进行生物教学设计,以期在生物教学设计方面有所突破。在参考文献的基础上,深入研读生物课程标准中“面向全体学生”的理念含义,进行生物教学设计。采用文献研究法、课堂观察法、调查法和访谈法等多种形式了解现状,以全面发展学说、多元智力理论、建构主义学习理论和生物课程标准为理论基础,提出了基于面向全体学生理念的生物教学设计五大原则。在前期准备过程中,对学习需要、学习环境、学习者和学习内容进行具体分析;在中期实施过程中,确定教学目标和教学策略;后期评价设计多元化的评价方式。设计实验课和新授课作为教学设计的实例,最后从教师和学生两个角度进行评价。结合学生、评课教师和自身的分析,整合反馈信息,得出结论。最后,对本文进行反思与展望,修改完善本研究。实验研究表明,实验班的成绩高于对照班,基于面向全体学生理念的的生物教学设计更能关注到每个学生,针对每个人学生的特点进行适合其发展的教育,能激发学生的学习动机,促进其全面发展。另一方面,本研究可以丰富当前中学生物中教学设计的内容,供一线教师参考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern society and the progress of science and technology. It is an important goal of education to train high-quality talents to adapt to the rapid development of society. Quality education and new curriculum reform have put forward the concept of facing all students, and schools and teachers should treat all students equally. To give students the same learning opportunities, focusing on the needs of students' all-round development and lifelong development, to promote the development of students' personality. This paper is directed by the concept of all students to carry out biology teaching design. In order to make a breakthrough in the design of biology teaching. On the basis of reference, the author deeply studies the concept of "facing all students" in the standard of biology curriculum, and carries on the design of biology teaching. The method of literature research is adopted. The methods of classroom observation, investigation and interview are based on the theory of all-round development, the theory of multiple intelligence, the theory of constructivism and the standard of biology curriculum. This paper puts forward five principles of biology teaching design based on the concept of all students. In the preparatory process, it makes a concrete analysis of learning needs, learning environment, learners and learning contents. In the course of implementation in the medium term, the teaching objectives and teaching strategies should be determined. Design experiment and new teaching as an example of teaching design. Finally, from the perspective of teachers and students to evaluate. Combined with the analysis of students, teachers and their own evaluation. Integration of feedback information, draw conclusions. Finally, reflect on this paper and prospects, modify and improve the study. Experimental studies show that the experimental class is higher than the control class. The biology teaching design based on the concept of all the students can pay more attention to each student. According to the characteristics of each student, it can stimulate the students' learning motivation. On the other hand, this study can enrich the content of teaching design in middle school biology for the reference of teachers.
