【摘要】：教师是教育事业发展中的重要组成部分,随着城镇一体化建设的发展,教育均衡成为当前教育界中的热点话题。农村教师专业发展对农村教育教学发展起到至关重要的作用,是实现农村素质教育发展的关键环节。在偏远农村地区,农村教师专业培训及双向流动机制仍然存在缺陷,农村教师资源配置的合理化未得到足够重视,因此,只有不断完善农村教师专业发展问题,才能充分实现教育均衡,并从根本上提高农村教育教学质量。
[Abstract]:Teachers are an important part of the development of educational undertakings . With the development of urban integration construction , education balance becomes a hot topic in the current education circle . Rural teachers ' professional development plays an important role in the development of rural education teaching . In the remote rural areas , the rural teachers ' professional training and the two - way mobility mechanism still exist , and the rationalization of the rural teachers ' resources allocation is not enough attention . Therefore , only to improve the professional development of rural teachers can realize the education balance and improve the teaching quality of the rural education .
