初中生有效时间管理策略研究

【摘要】：初中生处在学习乃至人生的重要阶段,其时间管理方式可能影响初中生身心发展的程度与水平。通过研究初中生的时间管理现状,有利于初中生发现自身在时间管理上存在的问题,分析其产生的原因,并针对所存在问题寻求时间管理对策,促使初中生充分利用时间,提高其时间效率,从而在一定程度上提升初中生的学习效率以及生活质量。本研究运用问卷调查和访谈法对广西贵港市初中生的时间管理现状进行了研究,采用分层抽样的方法抽取各区域学校以及初一、初二、初三的学生。初中生的时间管理是指初中生对时间规划、安排、利用、满意度等心理和行为特征,包括时间意识、时间规划、时间效率、时间自我满意度这四个维度以及时间管理分配、利用情况。根据调查结果可知,初中生的时间管理能力一般,部分学生存在一些问题,主要有初中生时间管理的规划性和自律性不高;可支配时间不足;缺乏短期的目标;受网络影响严重;没有养成良好的生活习惯;不同学业水平的学生在时间管理上存在差异等等。影响初中生时间管理的原因主要是:初中生缺乏强烈的时间管理意识,没有树立良好的时间观念;学生的时间管理能力不高;学校不够重视初中生的时间管理水平,忽视同辈群体的影响;家长的学历水平、家庭氛围影响着学生的时间管理行为。为了提升初中生时间管理的效率,可从以下几个方面着手:就学生而言,初中生应提高对时间管理的认识,增加自身时间管理能力,培养健康良好的学习与生活习惯;就学校而言,学校重视学生的时间管理教育,注重同辈群体的影响。就家长而言,家长应正确引导孩子,并营造良好的家庭氛围。就社会而言,社会应创建良好的社会环境,发挥大众传媒的积极作用。
[Abstract]:Junior high school students are in an important stage of learning and life, their time management style may affect the degree and level of physical and mental development of junior high school students. It is helpful for junior high school students to find out their own problems in time management, analyze the causes of their problems, and seek time management countermeasures to promote junior high school students to make full use of time and improve their time efficiency. In order to improve the learning efficiency and quality of life of junior high school students to a certain extent, this study uses questionnaires and interviews to study the current situation of time management of junior high school students in Guigang city of Guangxi. The time management of junior high school students refers to the psychological and behavioral characteristics of junior high school students, such as time planning, arrangement, utilization, satisfaction and so on. Including time consciousness, time planning, time efficiency, time self-satisfaction, time management allocation, utilization. According to the survey results, junior high school students' time management ability is average. Some students have some problems, mainly the planning and self-discipline of junior high school students' time management is not high; Lack of available time; Lack of short-term goals; Seriously affected by the network; Lack of good living habits; The main reasons that affect the time management of junior high school students are as follows: the junior high school students lack a strong sense of time management and do not set up a good concept of time; The students' time management ability is not high; The school does not pay enough attention to the junior high school students' time management level, neglects the influence of the peer group; In order to improve the efficiency of time management of junior high school students, we can start from the following aspects: as far as students are concerned. Junior high school students should improve their understanding of time management, increase their own ability of time management, and cultivate healthy study and living habits. As far as the school is concerned, the school attaches importance to the time management education of the students and the influence of the peer group. As for the parents, the parents should guide their children correctly and create a good family atmosphere. Society should create a good social environment and give play to the positive role of mass media.
