新媒体环境下南宁市中小学教师媒介素养研究

【摘要】:在信息社会,互联网、手机等新媒体在受众心目中扮演着越来越重要的角色,媒介素养教育尤其是影视教育在中小学校已日趋得到重视。面对新媒体潮流,教师们发挥的作用不容小觑。他们不仅需要自身具备足够的媒介素养,而且还应具有使用新媒介的教育能力和培养学生媒介素养的意识,这样才能正确引导儿童青少年应对新媒体所带来的挑战。本研究运用文献法、问卷调查法、个案分析法对广西南宁市广大中小学教师目前的媒介素养水平以及相关的教育能力开展抽样调查,并对这些教师们采取媒介素养教育培训进行长期研究。通过调查研究得知,南宁市中小学教师的基本媒介素养水平较高,但对于媒介的使用形式较单一,在互联网信息的检索以及应用方式上仍有提升的空间。南宁市对教师们进行的媒介素养教育措施主要侧重于影视教育培训。经过培训,教师们在影视参赛、区域优质教育资源共建共享、教育宣传的新媒体格局建成等方面已有一定成效,教师们对培训也深有体会。根据南宁市中小学教师们的媒介素养现状以及现有的措施,论文提出相应的对策,例如加强政府教育政策的支持和引导,注重媒介素养教育专家团队的建设,争取社会资源的参与和支持,持续提升教师队伍媒介素养的教育培训层次等。通过这些措施以期进一步提升南宁市中小学教师媒介素养,同时为媒介素养教育的研究提供可参考的实践经验。
[Abstract]:In the information society, the Internet, mobile phones and other new media in the eyes of the audience plays a more and more important role, media literacy education, especially film and television education in primary and secondary schools have been paid more and more attention. Facing the new media trend. Teachers should not be underestimated in their role. They not only need to have enough media literacy, but also should have the educational ability to use new media and cultivate students' awareness of media literacy. In this way, children and adolescents can be correctly guided to cope with the new media challenges. Case analysis of Nanning City, Guangxi, the majority of primary and secondary school teachers' current media literacy level and related educational capacity to carry out a sample survey. Through investigation and research, we can see that the basic media literacy level of primary and secondary school teachers in Nanning is higher, but the media use form is relatively simple. There is still room for improvement in the retrieval and application of Internet information. The media literacy education measures for teachers in Nanning mainly focus on film and television education and training. After training, teachers participate in film and television. The construction and sharing of regional high-quality educational resources and the establishment of a new media pattern of educational propaganda have achieved certain results. Teachers also have a deep understanding of training. According to the media literacy of primary and secondary school teachers in Nanning City and the existing measures, the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, such as strengthening the support and guidance of the government education policy. Pay attention to the construction of media literacy education experts team, and strive for the participation and support of social resources. Through these measures, we hope to further improve the media literacy of primary and secondary school teachers in Nanning, and provide practical experience for the study of media literacy education.
