激励教育在高中思想政治课教学中的运用研究

【摘要】：“以生为本”是高中思想政治课程改革的根本理念。因此,高中思想政治课教学要以学生为中心,实现从“要我学”到“我要学”的转变,增强其实效性,为学生发展奠定良好的思想政治素质基础。笔者认为要实现这一转变,就要实施激励教育。本文主要从四个方面对激励教育在高中思想政治课堂教学中的运用进行了比较全面的探讨和研究。首先,笔者在借鉴相关学者研究的基础上,对激励教育进行了概述,认为激励教育实质上是教育者在尊重学生的主体性和合理需要的基础上,创设各种条件满足其需要,激发其内在动机,从而实现学生的自我激励和发展。其次,结合当前课程改革的趋势和高中思想政治课教学的实际,笔者总结了激励教育对于高中思想政治课教学的重要意义。它是适应高中生心理特征,培养主体意识的需要；是协调师生关系,实现教学相长的需要；是解决当前高中思想政治课困境的需要；是适应高中思想政治新课程改革的需要。再次,本文总结了激励教育实施应遵循的一些原则和方式、方法,这也是高中思想政治课教学顺利开展激励教育需要遵循的。最后,为了优化激励教育在高中思想政治课教学中的实施效果,笔者认为教师首先要树立激励理念并努力提高自身素质；构建激励教育运用于高中思想政治课教学的环境；完善激励教育运用于高中思想政治课教学中的课程评价体系；优化高中思想政治课的课堂教学实践,将激励教育思想融入课堂教学中,增强其自身的吸引力,激发高中生学习政治课的兴趣和内在动机,从而增强高中思想政治课的教学效果。
[Abstract]:"student-oriented" is the fundamental idea of high school ideological and political curriculum reform. Therefore, the high school ideological and political course teaching should be student-centered, from "want me to learn" to "I want to learn", and enhance its effectiveness. To lay a good ideological and political quality foundation for the development of students. This paper mainly discusses and studies the application of incentive education in high school ideological and political classroom teaching from four aspects. First of all. On the basis of the relevant scholars' research, the author summarizes the incentive education, and thinks that the incentive education is based on respecting the students' subjectivity and reasonable needs. Create a variety of conditions to meet their needs, stimulate their internal motivation, so as to achieve self-motivation and development of students. Secondly, combined with the current trend of curriculum reform and the reality of ideological and political teaching in senior high school. The author summarizes the important significance of encouraging education to the teaching of ideological and political course in senior high school, which is the need of adapting to the psychological characteristics of high school students and cultivating the consciousness of subject. It is to coordinate the teacher-student relationship and realize the need of teaching each other. It is the need to solve the dilemma of the current high school ideological and political course; It is to meet the needs of the new ideological and political curriculum reform. Thirdly, this paper summarizes some principles and methods that should be followed in the implementation of incentive education. This is also the high school ideological and political lesson teaching to follow the smooth development of incentive education. Finally, in order to optimize the implementation of incentive education in high school ideological and political teaching results. The author believes that teachers should first set up the concept of motivation and strive to improve their own quality; Construct the environment in which incentive education is applied to the teaching of ideological and political course in senior high school; To perfect the curriculum evaluation system of the application of incentive education in the ideological and political course teaching in senior high school; To optimize the classroom teaching practice of high school ideological and political lesson, to integrate the educational thought into classroom teaching, to enhance its own attraction, and to stimulate the interest and intrinsic motivation of senior high school students to learn political lesson. So as to enhance the high school ideological and political teaching effect.
