【摘要】:高中时期是一个人身体素质发展的关键阶段,体育运动不仅有助于增强中学生的身体和心理素质,对开展的校园体育文化建设也有积极的作用,有助于推进学校建设的和谐、持续发展。主要随机抽取资阳市雁江区的三所高级中学的26名体育教师和367名学生作为研究对象,通过采用文献资料法、问卷调查法等研究方法,对资阳市的高中体育运动的开展现状进行了调查分析,并对分析阳光体育示范学校建设,对存在的问题的基础上提出相应的优化策略。本研究得出以下结论:1、从总体上看资阳市高级中学的师资配备比例与国家标准持平,保证了高中每8个教学班级一个体育教师的要求,这样体育教师在学校的工作量就不是很大,体育教师就可以充分利用不上课时间进行体育教学内容是设计和教学计划的制定,但是通过对资阳市高级中学的体育教师的沟通和交流发现,任然有一部分教师存在教学观念落后、教学方法陈旧、教学内容匮乏等诸多问题。2、资阳市几乎所有的高中都能够保证高一高二的学生每周有2节体育课;而高三班级则每周只有一节体育课。这一方面说明学生体育课时间比较短;另一方面也反映了高中学校“重文轻武”的特点。资阳市的所有的学校仍然是以行政班的方式来组织体育课堂。并且,体育教师在体育课上主要的是传授学生运动技能,没有注重培养学生的体育锻炼意识,而且很少有加入其它元素使体育教学在学生中产生一种娱乐、放松的氛围。3、学校在对体育课的教学效果的评价结果显示与国家规定的人才培养方式是相违背的,这样的体育教学方式不但不能培养学生的体育爱好,对提高学生的身体素质也起不到有利的作用。学校领导、老师、学生家长都知道体育锻炼对学生的身体和心理的发育都有着重要的作用,但是在应试教育的大环境下,不得不鼓励学生努力学习,而忽略了体育锻炼。根据研究结论,对资阳市高级中学体育运动从学校体育条件、体育教学、校园体育活动、学生体质健康标准测试层面提出建议,由此才能从不同的角度整体提高学校体育运动的质量,为创建阳光体育示范学校提供帮助。
[Abstract]:High school is a key stage of the development of a person's physical quality. Sports not only help to enhance the physical and psychological quality of middle school students, but also play a positive role in the construction of campus sports culture. It is helpful to promote the harmonious and sustainable development of the school. 26 PE teachers and 367 students from three senior middle schools in Ziyang Yanjiang District were randomly selected as the research object. Questionnaire survey and other research methods, Ziyang City of senior high school sports carried out an investigation and analysis of the status quo, and analysis of the sunshine sports model school construction. On the basis of the existing problems, the corresponding optimization strategies are put forward. This study draws the following conclusion: 1. Overall, the proportion of teachers in Ziyang senior middle school is equal to the national standard. It ensures the requirement of one PE teacher for every eight teaching classes in senior high school, so the workload of PE teacher in the school is not very large. Physical education teachers can make full use of non-class time to carry out physical education teaching content is the design and teaching plan, but through the communication and exchange of physical education teachers in Ziyang senior middle school. However, there are still some teachers with backward teaching ideas, outdated teaching methods, lack of teaching content and many other problems. Almost all senior high schools in Ziyang City can ensure that students in Grade one and two have two PE classes per week. On the other hand, there is only one physical education class each week in Senior three class. On the one hand, it shows that the physical education class time of the students is relatively short; On the other hand, it also reflects the characteristics of high school "attaching importance to literature and less military". All schools in Ziyang City still organize physical education classes in the form of administrative classes. And. Physical education teachers in physical education mainly teach students sports skills, do not pay attention to the cultivation of students' awareness of physical exercise, and rarely add other elements to make physical education in the students to produce a kind of entertainment. The relaxed atmosphere. 3, the school in the physical education teaching effect evaluation results show that it is contrary to the national provisions of talent training, such a physical education teaching method can not only cultivate students' sports hobbies. School leaders, teachers and parents all know that physical exercise plays an important role in the physical and psychological development of students. But under the environment of examination-oriented education, students have to be encouraged to study hard, while ignoring physical exercise. According to the conclusion of the study, the sports of Ziyang senior middle school from school sports conditions, physical education. In order to improve the quality of school sports from different angles and to provide help for the establishment of model school of sunshine physical education, some suggestions are put forward in the aspects of physical activity on campus and the test level of students' physique and health standard.
