重庆市教科院华渝实验学校付大平校长专业成长的个案研究

【摘要】:作为义务教育学校的领导者和管理者,校长个人素养和能力的高低将直接决定一所学校的兴衰成败。校长职务的内在要求决定了校长不仅在任职初期就应具备较强的专业能力,而且也需要其专业能力的持续发展,校长专业发展是一个不断学习和更新的阶段性可持续发展的过程。因此研究校长专业能力成长的过程,对揭示校长的专业成长特点和规律具有重要的价值和意义。本研究以重庆市教科院华渝实验学校的付大平校长为个案研究对象,通过探析其专业发展的特点和规律,以此为其他校长的专业发展实践提供借鉴。付校长自1996年6月起任华渝实验学校校长,至今已有20年之久,是重庆市的一位优秀校长。如此长时间在一所学校担任校长不仅在重庆地区甚至在全国都是少见的,这有其特殊性,也正是因为如此长的时间在同一所学校任职,这也促进了其办学理念的成熟及专业的稳定发展,因此显示出较好的典型性。本研究运用访谈法、观察法、叙事法等多种研究方法,通过对一位优秀校长的专业成长历程进行详细描述,概括出付校长在规划学校发展、营造育人文化、领导课程教学、引领教师成长、学校内部管理、调适外部环境这六方面的特色。1付校长的专业成长历程表明,一位优秀校长的专业成长有如下几个基本特点:首先,校长要善于规划学校发展的共同愿景,并引领师生为共同愿景的实现而努力;第二,校长需要真正树立德育首位的思想,全面加强德育体系建设;第三,校长需注重各项工作的传承性和连贯性;第四,校长需要善于利用家庭和社会资源;最后,校长需要不断学习和反思,将学校办出特色。
[Abstract]:As the leader and administrator of compulsory education schools. The principal's personal accomplishment and ability will directly determine the success or failure of a school. The inherent requirements of the principal's position determine that the principal should have a strong professional ability not only in the early stage of his service. But also needs its professional ability sustainable development, the principal professional development is a continuous study and the renewal stage sustainable development process. Therefore, studies the principal professional ability growth process. It is of great value and significance to reveal the characteristics and rules of the principal's professional growth. This study takes Fu Daping as the case study object of Huayu Experimental School of Chongqing Educational Science Institute. By analyzing the characteristics and laws of its professional development, this paper provides a reference for the professional development practice of other principals. President Fu has been the principal of Huayu Experimental School since June 1996, so far it has been 20 years. Chongqing is an excellent principal. Such a long time in a school as principal is not only in Chongqing area or even in the country is rare, this has its particularity. It is precisely because of such a long time in the same school, which also promotes the maturity of the concept of running a school and the steady development of its major, so it shows a good typicality. This study uses the method of interview and observation. Narrative method and other research methods, through a detailed description of the professional growth of an outstanding principal, summed up that the principal in the planning of school development, to create a culture of education, leading the curriculum teaching, leading the growth of teachers. School internal management, adapt to the external environment of these six characteristics of the six aspects of the professional development of principal Fu shows that an outstanding principal's professional growth has the following basic characteristics: first of all. Principals should be good at planning the common vision of school development, and lead teachers and students to achieve the common vision. Secondly, the principal should set up the idea of moral education first, and strengthen the construction of moral education system in an all-round way. Third, the principal should pay attention to the inheritance and continuity of the work; In 4th, principals need to be good at making use of family and social resources; Finally, the principal needs to learn and reflect on the school to run its own characteristics.
