第十三届全国冬季运动会对新疆中学体育教师的影响研究

【摘要】：本文主要采用了文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法以及数理统计的研究方法。以新疆545名中学体育教师和19所中学的体育组组长为调查对象进行问卷调查以及访谈,探索新疆中学体育教师对十三冬了解、参与十三冬情况以及十三冬对体育教师相关影响的研究。研究结果显示,新疆中学体育教师对十三冬基本知识比较了解,而作为十三冬举办地的乌鲁木齐中学体育教师对十三冬知识的了解要大于其他两个地区;在网络时代背景下,中学体育教师关注十三冬的主要途径是手机和电视,而通过现场观看比赛获取十三冬信息的主要是来自举办地乌鲁木齐的中学体育教师;中学体育教师对冰雪运动的喜爱要大于本身会冰雪运动的体育教师;中学体育教师参与十三冬相关工作的较少,中学体育教师参与十三冬相关工作的主要是志愿者服务和宣传工作;十三冬使绝大多数中学体育教师对新疆得天独厚的冰雪资源和冰雪运动知识有了进一步的认识;十三冬对体育教师地位和求知欲没有较大的变化,而中学体育教师对冬季运动安全预防知识更加关注;十三冬对体育教师冰雪运动消费情况影响不大,但是十三冬后参与冰雪运动的体育教师人数有所增加;体育教师在校园作为十三冬宣传等工作的主力军角色被淡化,承担者却是德育等方面的教师;在中学进行宣传十三冬相关工作的较少,校园广播是中学宣传十三冬的主要途径;十三冬对新疆中学体育教师影响的差距大,不同地区的中学体育教师所受的影响不一样。建议:加强体育教师继续教育培训力度,包括奥运知识、冰雪运动知识以及冬季运动安全预防知识等。在校园大力宣传新疆冰雪运动起源及冰雪运动,冬季运动安全预防常识等。发展并且落实中学体育教师对冰雪运动的兴趣,应注重发挥体育教师的组织引领作用,充分利用开发公园场地,加强校园体育组织、校园体育文化建设,实施“北冰南展”互帮互助,合作共赢方针。为新疆500万人走上冰雪、为实现全国3亿人上冰雪,为2022年北京冬奥会增彩助威,献出一份微薄之力。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly adopts literature data method, questionnaire survey method, interview method and mathematical statistics research methods. The development and implementation of middle school physical education teachers on the ice and snow sports interest, should pay attention to the role of PE teachers in the organization leading, make full use of the development of the park site, strengthen the campus sports organization, the construction of campus sports culture, the implementation of the "North South" exhibition mutual aid, cooperation and win-win policy.
