【摘要】：本文主要研究主题聚类呈现方式对中职生英语词汇学习的影响。关于主题聚类呈现方式对二语词汇学习的影响,国内外的学者已经做过一些研究。大多数学者只研究了主题聚类呈现方式对词汇记忆的影响,对词汇学习的其他方面少有涉及。并且几乎所有的研究者选取的研究对象都是大学生。那么对于中职生,这个英语基础十分薄弱的学生群体,主题聚类呈现方式对他们的英语词汇学习影响如何呢?因此本文在前人研究的基础上进行进一步研究,从词汇的拼写、词义和使用这三个方面来考察主题聚类呈现方式对中职生英语词汇学习的影响。本文以图式理论和多维词汇知识框架理论为理论基础,以中职生为实验对象,结合定量的实验研究和定性的访谈研究,试图回答以下三个研究问题:(1)主题聚类呈现方式对中职生英语词汇的拼写有何影响?(2)主题聚类呈现方式对中职生英语词汇词义的理解有何影响?(3)主题聚类呈现方式对中职生英语词汇的使用有何影响?实验结果表明主题聚类呈现方式对中职生英语词汇拼写的掌握有积极的影响;主题聚类呈现方式对于中职生英语词汇词义的理解有显著的促进作用;在词汇的使用方面,在本研究中主题聚类呈现方式暂时未表现出优于传统的词汇呈现方式的效果。这个研究结果给我们的中职英语教学一些启示:教师在向学生第一次呈现新单词的时候可以采用主题聚类的方式呈现,这样能够加强学生对新单词拼写的掌握和词义的理解,然后再指导学生进行强化练习来帮助学生正确地使用词汇。由于各方面的原因,本研究在某些方面还存在一些不足,有待进一步的完善。以后的研究可以使用更多的词汇来进行测试,并且让更多的教师和学生参与到实验中来。
[Abstract]:This paper focuses on the impact of thematic clustering presentation on the English vocabulary learning of secondary vocational school students, and on the influence of thematic clustering presentation on L2 vocabulary learning. Scholars at home and abroad have done some research. Most scholars have only studied the effect of thematic clustering presentation on vocabulary memory. There is little concern about other aspects of vocabulary learning. And almost all the researchers choose college students. So for secondary vocational students, this group of students has a very weak foundation of English. How does the presentation of topic clustering affect their English vocabulary learning? Therefore, based on the previous studies, this paper makes a further study, from the spelling of vocabulary. This paper studies the effects of thematic clustering presentation on the English vocabulary learning of secondary vocational school students. This thesis is based on schema theory and multi-dimensional lexical knowledge framework theory and takes secondary vocational school students as experimental objects. Combined with quantitative experimental study and qualitative interview study, this paper tries to answer the following three research questions: 1) how does clustering presentation affect the spelling of English vocabulary in vocational school students? (2) how does the presentation of topic clustering affect the understanding of English lexical meaning of secondary vocational school students? (3) how does the presentation of topic clustering affect the use of English vocabulary among secondary vocational school students? The results show that the presentation of topic clustering has a positive effect on the students' mastery of English vocabulary spelling. Thematic cluster presentation has a significant effect on the understanding of English lexical meaning of secondary vocational school students; In the use of vocabulary. For the time being, the method of thematic clustering has not shown a better effect than the traditional way of lexical presentation. The results of this study have some implications for our English teaching in vocational schools. When presenting new words to students for the first time, teachers can use thematic clustering to present them. In this way, we can strengthen students' understanding of spelling and meaning of new words, and then guide them to intensive exercises to help students use vocabulary correctly. For various reasons. There are still some shortcomings in some aspects of this study, which need to be further improved. Further studies can use more words to test and let more teachers and students participate in the experiment.
