高中思想政治教师人格魅力提升问题研究

【摘要】：世界各个国家都非常重视对学生的思想政治教育,我国也不例外,这可以从其伴随着学生的整个学习过程,也是各种重要考试的考试科目中可见一斑。高中时期是学生思想观念形成的重要时期,因此,在这一时期对其开展思想政治教育显得尤为迫切。此外,知识经济时代、“微文化”、教育对象个性化追求更为强烈给这一时期的思想政治教育造成了前所未有的困扰,增加了开展这一教育活动的难度。最后,高中思想政治课面临着教师不好教和学生不想学的困境,这主要是由于思想政治课本身枯燥难懂和教师人格魅力缺失所致,因此,提升其人格魅力显得尤为重要。本文主要是对高中思想政治教师的人格魅力提升问题进行研究,对当前其人格魅力的一般表现及提升必要性、当前其人格魅力提升的途径及存在问题、其人格魅力提升存在问题的原因、提升其人格魅力的对策四个方面对其人格魅力提升问题进行研究,具体的研究框架如下：第一部分,绪论。这一部分介绍了本研究的研究背景、研究意义、研究内容和研究方法,并从我国和国外两个方面进行了综述,为本研究打下坚实的基础。第二部分,主要分析当前高中思想政治教师人格魅力的一般表现及提升必要性。对相关核心概念进行了界定,分析了其一般表现,及其提升的必要性,具体分为理论需要和实践需要。第三部分,当前其人格魅力提升的途径及存在问题。这一部分主要分为两个部分：一个部分是教师人格魅力提升的一般途径；另一个部分是其人格魅力提升存在的问题。第四部分,剖析了其人格魅力提升存在问题的原因。缺失的原因：首先,市场经济的冲击；其次,应试教育的制约；再次,传统教育观念的束缚；最后,教学创新能力不强。第五部分,提升其人格魅力的对策。第一,教师采取多种方式提升自身人格魅力；第二,学校构建相应的奖惩机制；第三,国家为教师创造适宜的外部环境。
[Abstract]:Every country in the world attaches great importance to the ideological and political education of students, our country is no exception, which can be accompanied by the whole learning process of students. High school period is an important period for the formation of students' ideas, therefore, it is particularly urgent to carry out ideological and political education in this period. In the era of knowledge economy, "micro-culture" and individualized pursuit of educational objects have caused unprecedented troubles to ideological and political education in this period, and increased the difficulty of carrying out this educational activity. High school ideological and political course is faced with difficult teaching and students do not want to learn the dilemma, which is mainly due to the ideological and political course itself dull and difficult to understand and teachers lack of personality charm, so. It is particularly important to enhance its personality charm. This paper mainly focuses on the study of the high school ideological and political teachers' personality charm, the general performance of its personality charm and the necessity of its promotion. At present, the ways and problems of its personality charm enhancement, the reasons of its personality charm enhancement problems, the countermeasures to enhance its personality charm are studied in four aspects. The specific research framework is as follows: the first part, introduction. This part introduces the research background, research significance, research content and research methods, and from the two aspects of our country and abroad. For this study lay a solid foundation. The second part mainly analyzes the current high school ideological and political teachers of the general expression of personality charm and the necessity of promotion. The necessity of its promotion is divided into theoretical needs and practical needs. The third part. This part is divided into two parts: one part is the general way to enhance the personality charm of teachers; The other part is the problems in the promotion of personality charm. Part 4th analyzes the reasons for the problems in the promotion of personality charm. The reasons for the absence are as follows: first, the impact of market economy; Secondly, the restriction of examination-oriented education; Thirdly, the shackles of traditional educational concepts; Finally, the teaching innovation ability is not strong. Part 5th, the countermeasures to enhance its personality charm. First, teachers take various ways to enhance their own personality charm; Second, the school constructs the corresponding reward and punishment mechanism; Third, the state creates a suitable external environment for teachers.
