整体语言教学法在初中英语阅读教学中的应用研究

【摘要】:国内初中英语学业水平考试突出以学生的发展为目的,注重培养学生思维、文化意识和综合语言运用能力为原则。作为九年义务教育阶段的初中英语阅读教学不仅肩负着夯实学生英语基础知识、提高英语阅读水平和成绩的职责,在培养学生英语的阅读兴趣和学习态度以及奠定初步运用英语能力方面也起到重要的作用。然而现阶段的初中英语阅读的教学过度重视传授语言知识点的传统方式,忽略学生在英语阅读过程中的学习反应,因此在传统的课堂中学生对阅读材料得不到深刻的理解,学生的主体性得不到充分的发挥;教师对相关阅读材料的背景知识未得到有效的传授,教师的职责得不到尽善尽美的体现。整体语言教学法在初中的英语阅读教学中的应用为以真实交际为目的的英语阅读的教学提供了值得思考的视角,符合《初中新课程标准》的总体要求。在英语阅读教学的策略中融合整体语言教学法所提倡的注重整体、学生、真实的教学基本原则有助于学生在英语阅读课中全面学习英语语言知识、同步锻炼听说读写的语言技能、培养学生的英语学习兴趣。鉴于整体语言教学法与英语阅读教学存在诸多的契合点,本论文将通过实证研究讨论整体语言教学法对学生的英语阅读水平和英语阅读的兴趣产生的影响。笔者运用英语阅读测试、调查问卷以及访谈等研究工具进行了为期一个学期的实证研究。通过前测,选出水平相当的实验组和控制组,在教学过程中对实验组进行整体语言教学法教学,对控制组运用传统的教学法教学,收集期中测试和后测成绩数据,使用SPSS17.0软件对数据进行独立样本T检验分析,之后对实验组进行调查问卷并进行数据分析,最后对实验组中随机抽选的9名学生进行访谈,并进行总结分析。通过实验数据的对比分析和学生的反馈中可发现,学生的英语阅读水平具有显著的提高,学生在课上的行为表现和学习态度具有很大的改善。学生的英语阅读的兴趣也得到了有效的培养。该研究表明整体语言教学法能有效的提高学生的英语阅读水平,培养学生的英语阅读兴趣,对初中的英语阅读教学具有积极的影响。
[Abstract]:The domestic junior high school English academic level examination highlights the student's development as the goal, pays attention to the cultivation student's thought. As a nine-year compulsory education stage, junior high school English reading teaching not only shoulders the responsibility of ramming the students' basic knowledge of English, but also improving their English reading level and achievements. It also plays an important role in cultivating students' reading interest and learning attitude, and in establishing the ability to use English initially. However, the current teaching of English reading in junior high school places too much emphasis on the traditional way of teaching language knowledge points. Style. Ignoring the students' learning reaction in the process of English reading, students in the traditional classroom do not have a deep understanding of the reading materials, and the students' subjectivity is not given full play; The teachers' background knowledge about the reading materials has not been effectively imparted. The application of holistic language teaching method in the teaching of English reading in junior high school provides a valuable perspective for the teaching of English reading for the purpose of real communication. In line with the general requirements of the New Curriculum Standards of Junior High School, the strategy of English reading teaching integrates the holistic approach advocated by the holistic language approach, students. The basic principles of real teaching are helpful for students to learn English language knowledge in English reading class, and to train their language skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing at the same time. To cultivate students' interest in English learning. In view of the fact that there are many common points between the whole language teaching method and English reading teaching. This thesis will discuss the impact of holistic language teaching on students' English reading proficiency and interest in English reading through an empirical study. The questionnaire and interviews were conducted for a semester of empirical research. Through the pre-test, the experimental group and the control group with the same level were selected, and the whole language teaching method of the experimental group was carried out in the process of teaching. The control group used the traditional teaching method to collect the data of midterm test and post-test, and use SPSS17.0 software to carry out independent sample T-test analysis of the data. Then the experimental group was investigated by questionnaire and data analysis. Finally, 9 students selected randomly in the experimental group were interviewed. Through the comparative analysis of the experimental data and the feedback of the students, it can be found that the students' English reading level has significantly improved. Students' behavior and learning attitude in class have been greatly improved. Students' interest in English reading has also been effectively cultivated. The study shows that holistic language teaching method can effectively improve students' English reading proficiency. . Cultivating students' interest in English reading has a positive impact on junior high school English reading teaching.
