Z市农村初中生英语学业不良的成因与转化对策研究

【摘要】:素质教育要求教育要面向全体学生,使每位学生都能得到适合的发展,然而,当前我国各中小学校都存在一定数量的学业不良学生,难以真正体现教育的全体性。在各学科学业不良问题中,英语学科的学业不良问题尤其突出。目前,我国农村初中生学业不良(也包含学困生)的研究极少有关广东珠三角地区农村初中生英语学业不良的研究。因此,很有必要对该地区的农村初中生英语学业不良问题进行研究。本研究选取笔者所在的Z市一偏远农村中学的英语学业不良学生为研究对象,以日本北尾伦彦的三层级说理论中的相关因素作为指导,主要从教师和学生两方面着手分析造成农村初中生英语学业不良的原因。笔者通过问卷调查、访谈、课堂观察的方法展开调查,经分析得出,造成学生英语学业不良的原因有:1.英语教师方面的教学专业能力不足、教学方法单一及师德修养欠缺;2.学生方面主要表现在对英语学习缺乏学习动机、学习兴趣不强、学习方法欠缺、没有养成良好的学习习惯和学习意志力薄弱等。因此,本文最后通过运用心理学、教育学、教育心理学,以及英语学科中的相关理论,提出四种转化英语学业不良学生的策略,即:缺乏学习兴趣、学习动机型的转化策略;缺乏学习自信、知识欠缺型的转化策略;缺乏学习自信、知识欠缺型的转化策略;缺乏学习持久性、意志薄弱型的转化策略。以期可望改变笔者所在学校英语学科现状,帮助农村初中生提高英语学业成绩,同时也希望为解决本地区农村初中英语学业不良问题提供相关参考。
[Abstract]:Quality education requires that education should be geared to all students so that each student can get a suitable development. However, at present, there are a certain number of students with learning disabilities in all primary and secondary schools in our country. It is difficult to truly embody the whole nature of education. Among all the problems in science and learning, the problem of learning in English is especially prominent. The study of rural junior high school students' learning disability (including students with learning difficulties) is rarely related to the study of poor English of rural junior high school students in the Pearl River Delta region of Guangdong Province. It is necessary to study the problem of English learning disability of rural junior high school students in this area. This study selects the students with English learning disabilities in a remote rural middle school in Z city as the research object. Under the guidance of the relevant factors in the theory of the three-level theory of Toshihiko Toshihiko, the author analyzes the causes of poor English learning in rural junior high school students from two aspects: teachers and students. The author conducts a questionnaire survey and interviews. By analyzing the methods of classroom observation, it is concluded that the causes of students' English learning disability are: 1. Lack of English teachers' professional ability in teaching, single teaching method and lack of teachers' moral accomplishment; 2.The students mainly show lack of motivation for English learning, lack of interest in learning, lack of learning methods, lack of good learning habits and weak learning willpower and so on. In the end, by applying the theories of psychology, pedagogy, educational psychology and English, this paper puts forward four strategies to transform students with English learning disabilities, that is, lack of interest in learning. The transformation strategy of learning motivation; Lack of learning self-confidence, lack of knowledge of the transformation strategy; Lack of learning self-confidence, lack of knowledge of the transformation strategy; It is expected to change the present situation of English subject in my school and help rural junior high school students to improve their English academic achievement. At the same time, I hope to provide some reference for solving the problem of poor English in rural junior middle school.
