X中学学生隐性辍学问题调查及对策研究

【摘要】:在生活水平不断提高的今天,国内中学依然存在着辍学现象,然而与以前的“因贫辍学”、“因差辍学”相比现在更多地表现为一种新型辍学,反而是许多的“优秀学生”或“聪明学生”中途离开学校,甚至还不同程度存在着“学籍在人不在”、“人在心不在”的“隐性辍学”现象。调查发现,这种新型辍学现象背后有着深刻的社会、家庭与学校等诸因素。首先,当前市场经济多元蓬勃发展,许多受教育程度不高的“个体经营户”、“微商”、“电商”凭着短线投资和地方政府扶植,将生意做得风生水起,从而在社会上滋生了新的“读书无用论”思潮。其次,在这种思潮的冲击下,一些家长尤其是部分农村学生家长心有所动,常常为了眼前利益,不惜劝说成绩优秀的孩子尽早弃学从商、出门打工;如果孩子求学过程中出现短期不适应、上学积极性不高、产生临时“厌学情绪”,部分家长也采取放任不管,听之任之的态度;还有的家庭暴力不断或是父母离异或是家长打工在外把孩子留守家中,孩子长期缺乏应有的关爱与陪伴,从而形成亲情缺失和性格缺陷导致厌学情绪甚至不学行为,上述几种家庭现象长此以往常常致使孩子不是中途辍学就是隐性辍学。再者,学校方面由于管理压力和升学压力的不断加大,一些学校对学生辍学和隐性辍学缺乏有效的解决策略和应对机制;由此,种种原因综合起来相互影响导致目前中学生辍学成为一个不争的事实,一种不容忽视的现象。本文基于这一新型辍学现象,以苏北地区X中学生为调查对象,分析了造成该校辍学现象各种原因,并针对性地提出了教育者、家庭乃至全社会要遵循教育规律,尤其是当代中学生身心发展规律和身心素质转化的规律、加强家校联系,关注不同生存和教育环境下各类弱势学生群体的学校生活质量、充分认识教育个体差异,因材施教,从而缓解学生学业困难、改善农村地区办学条件,促进教育均衡发展等一系列应对措施,旨在引导人们利用课程改革契机,在教育层面保障学生促进学生学业成就和身心自由全面发展,允许差异,共同提高进步,从而保障农村地区义务教育工作顺利实施,保障政府和教育部门提出了“一个都不能少”工作目标能够顺利完成。
[Abstract]:In today's rising living standards, there is still a phenomenon of dropping out of secondary schools in China. However, compared with the former "drop out of poverty" and "poor dropout", it is now more manifested as a new type of drop-out. On the contrary, many "excellent students" or "smart students" leave school in the middle of the way, and there is even a "hidden dropout" phenomenon of "student status in the absence of a person" and "a person in the mind is absent" in varying degrees. There are profound social, family and school factors behind this new drop-out phenomenon. First of all, the current market economy is thriving and diversified. Many "self-employed", "micro" and "ecommerce" with a low level of education, relying on short-term investment and the support of local governments, have created a new trend of thought of "reading is useless" in society. Under the impact of this trend of thought, some parents, especially some parents in rural areas, often for the immediate benefit of persuading outstanding children to abandon business as soon as possible, go out to work; If a child does not adapt to school in a short period of time and is not motivated to go to school, a temporary "school weariness" arises, and some parents also take a laissez-faire attitude; There are also persistent domestic violence, such as parents divorcing or parents working outside to leave their children at home, and the children lack the love and companionship they deserve for a long time, resulting in a lack of family affection and personality defects that lead to a weariness of learning and even a lack of learning behavior. In the long run, these kinds of family phenomena often result in children dropping out of school or recessive dropping out of school. Some schools lack effective strategies and coping mechanisms for students to drop out of school and recessive drop out. As a result, it is an indisputable fact that a variety of reasons influence each other to make the current dropout of middle school students become an indisputable fact. Based on this new phenomenon, taking X middle school students in the north of Jiangsu province as the object of investigation, this paper analyzes the causes of the school dropout phenomenon, and puts forward the educator. The family and the whole society should follow the law of education, especially the law of the physical and mental development and the transformation of physical and mental quality of middle school students, strengthen the connection between home and school, and pay attention to the quality of school life of all kinds of disadvantaged students in different living and educational environments. In order to guide people to take advantage of the opportunity of curriculum reform, we should fully understand the individual differences in education, teach students according to their aptitude, alleviate students' academic difficulties, improve the conditions of running schools in rural areas, and promote the balanced development of education. At the educational level, students should be guaranteed to promote their academic achievements and their physical and mental freedom and all-round development, to allow differences and to jointly improve their progress, so as to ensure the smooth implementation of compulsory education in rural areas. To ensure that the government and education departments put forward a "no less" work goal can be successfully completed.
